Waterfront vacation rentals in Western Europe

Mitch has a lovely home with beautiful surroundings (Lake Champlain for kayaking and listening to the water lap on the shore, view of mountains across in the Adirondacks), local walks in the area are nice. Hiking not far away. We went into Burlington for a concert. Nice to realize that Mitch is related to a close friend of mine. A very peaceful spot,

Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

For a work trip to Southampton, Marc’s apartment is perfect. Easy to locate a short walk to the docks & old town with some great food. The apartment was very chic, lovely view of the river, very safe & secure. Parking was an excellent addition. I felt very comfortable mixing work & a little tourism. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit & would definitely wish to return.

I was in love as soon as I walked through the door!!! It was an extremely peaceful and close to everything!!! It was exactly what I was looking for!!

Had an amazing time at Lorraine apartment. It’s beautiful with fantastic views and within easy walking distance of Albert Dock and City Centre. Lorraine was lovely and gave us some valuable advice of where to visit. Will definitely be returning!!

We loved Anne-Mette apartment, the perfect stay for a visit to Copenhagen. The apartment is in a great location, with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets close by. It is situated right on the river which you can swim in and has beautiful outdoor spaces you can enjoy. The city centre is a short 10 min metro ride away or a 35 minute walk. The apartment was clean and had everything we need. The Ned was comfy and also had a good hairdryer. We would love to stay here again soon.

We had a most wonderful couple days in this quaint little cottage. Very relaxing and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping!

This has been our second home the last 2 years - a wonderful respite from the cold and snow of the north. Jeremiah is a wonderful host who is very responsive. The house has all that you need for an extended stay with comfortable beds and a cosy loving room. The water view can’t be beat!!! We can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing family get away with our small kiddos at Jami’s place. The location cannot be beat—right on the river with more pelicans and eagles than we had ever seen in our lives. We got a really good deal for being in such a pretty location, with just a very short drive into town. Everything was clean and the house was charming and stocked with everything that we needed. Binoculars and kayaks were a nice addition for enjoying the outdoors. And of course, the hot tub was amazing and such a wonderful addition! Our pre school aged daughter had the time of her life swimming in the hot tub, and the adults loved relaxing in it! And there were great safety considerations, like an alarm on the hot tub room door so that we knew the kiddos weren’t entering without permission. Jami was a super responsive host and answered all questions and went above and beyond with info. She also accommodated us last minute when we wanted to extend our stay by an extra night because we loved it so much!

If you are in the general location of Lake Winnebago, I would highly suggest staying here! It had a lot of extra amenities that most places don't have and it was very relaxing and well located close to many things! I initially found great reasons to book Danielle's place because of the backyard and lake access which was definitely a hit for my girlfriend (she lives a block from the ocean) and also for me as it had a full kitchen, a large screen TV and also the ability for us to pack lighter due to the fact that there is a washer/dryer on site!

Where do I start? It was the most perfect choice. We went for our family vacation. After looking at different Airbnbs I made sure that based on the reviews that this would be a good place for my little ones. But I can’t explain how more perfect this place is in person. It felt like a dream every day we woke up. We loved being on the ocean, but more so that it it’s extremely comfortable. We knew we made the right choice after meeting Diane on the first day. She is a gem of a person and made us feel right at home.

My family enjoyed staying here. It had a beautiful view from the back. Gorgeous in the morning! I loved it here and we felt at home. There was plenty of room for our family and it felt so cozy.

We had a short stay at Glenn's place. The location is great, very convenient to a coffee shop and restaurants. Glenn was very responsive and we would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ruthie’s place for a quick beach getaway for my wife. The home was absolutely awesome—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and even better than described in the Airbnb listing. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Murrells Inlet has to offer. Ruthie was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Brooke was a wonderful responsive host. The room is as described. Very clean and neat. I loved being literally a few feet from the pool and could see both the pool and the water from our room. We could walk the docks and a small beach was easily accessible. Located within a short walk to lots of restaurants and cute shops down the strip. We felt safe and had peaceful rest. The bed was very comfortable. Small kitchenette, perfect for our needs. I can’t complain. All and all it was a perfect stay for the two of us.

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

Great Place, good Location! Very comfortable and tidy. Pool is amazing with an even better hot tub. Night time star gazing a plus. This is a must stop, one stop location. You will get all you need!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We love coming to Pompano Beach, and this is an ideal play to stay. The condo complex is located right on the intracoastal waterway, and the constant boat traffic going by is entertaining and relaxing. It is a smaller complex and all of the other tenants were friendly and fun to interact with. The ocean and beach are just a couple blocks away, and very easy to walk to. We are "pool people" so we spent our time on the sundeck/dock enjoying the pool area. This unit is the best one in the whole complex. It is located on the second floor (so you do need to be able to climb stairs), but it undoubtedly has the best view of all the units! It is clean and well stocked and in great shape--looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the king bed is comfortable and beach chairs/umbrella/towels are provided. Brian, the host, is very responsive and will take great care of you. We'll be back!

What a gorgeous setting! We started and ended each day on the deck looking out over the water. Andrew was a super host and we so appreciate him sharing his beautiful condo. The place was clean, felt safe, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect respite. Thanks again!

Two parking passes not available as promised, doors very outdated hard to lock especially in guess bathroom. Kids kept using my bathroom, so it became annoying. Otherwise a very nice location and view and area.

Rosana's condo is clean and she gives great attention to details. Beautiful views and great facility. We would definitely stay at Rosana's again.
