Great Location right across the Street from the Beach! 10-15 min walk to Grocery Store and Delicious Thai Restaurant. Jac was very informative on Local Recommendations and made Check in and Check out easy. Loved waking up and looking outside to see the Ocean and Sunrise every Morning. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make Breakfast every morning which was very convenient while traveling. Truly enjoyed my Stay with my Cousins and I definitely hope to return to New Zealand again.

Chloe was amazing !! Very responsive and easy to approach 👍🏼 , the house itself was perfect for our little family getaway! Excellent location with entrance to the beach! Close to bayfair mall and surrounding shops. Highly recommend to al! Thank you☺️

Such a beautiful peaceful area to stay, very clean, it had all the things that we needed for a comfortable stay and also had great air conditioning inside for the amazing weather. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a nice place just to get away, to enjoy the peaceful ness of Tauranga. Nice and Cosy. Loved this house 💙

We loved our stay at Beyonder. The house is very modern but still has that beachy, laid back feel. Loved the decking and enclosed outdoor area for our little pup to roam. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk down towards the Mount and some fantastic cafes. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful comfortable place to stay. So close to the beach. We enjoyed the table tennis table downstairs the perfect space! The property was clean & so tidy. It has the best beds we've slept in in any property at a Air B&B even the kids said this!! Had all the kitchen stuff.. 100% Recommend

I'd had a lovely stay here. Maureen and Antoine are welcoming and responded quickly whenever I needed help. The place looked better than the photos and had everything you need to feel right at home.

The place was awesome! Great location and great for sleeping a few people. Lots of space and gorgeous views. We did have an issue with not getting service or wifi in the bottom bedroom but other then that everything was great.

Was really great!!! Definitely will book again in the future when we return to New Zealand

Kathryn was a lovely hostess and her home was beautiful. The beach is only steps away and absolutely gorgeous. We found Kathryn’s home comfortable and well appointed. Kathryn was flexible and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her place. It was perfect for us as two couples traveling together. The separate bedroom and ensuite was great for privacy. We would love to stay at Kathryn’s home again and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home and beautiful location! It was a perfect getaway spot for us for Easter long weekend and perfect to explore Tauranga and The Mount. Favourite parts was the accessibility to the beach, dog friendly, how comfortable the spaces were and the beds in particular and how well equipped the kitchen was. It was important to us to have the ability to cook and bake ( as it was Easter ) and we were able to do that with ease and great quality. Thanks for us our family and hosting us! Highly recommend.
