Beach house vacation rentals in Westerly

It’s rare to find a beautiful & clean home, priced fairly, and with an above and beyond accommodating host. In all my stays, you hopefully get 2/3, but here was 3/3 and then some! I’d give 6 stars if possible. Tony was an excellent host, extremely communicative, and had some lovely festive treats for us to enjoy. Really felt at home during the holiday season. Thanks again!

Garon's space was wonderful. The location was easy to find and beautiful right on the water. The fireplace was perfect for the cooler fall months. Being just a few minutes from Niantic was great - we were able to enjoy meals out, walks on the boardwalk, and a hike about 15 minutes away. The space was clean and well cared for. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed Chris' house in Middletown, right on the Newport line. It has a standout location, just a half-block to the beach which was fantastic and very walkable with lots of swimmers and activity. If you walk a mile to the other end, you are at the start of the Cliff Walk which is a unique experience if you like to look at the other side of all the houses and mansions along the way. The house itself has 6 or 7 bedrooms, most with king beds, and the beds were very comfortable. The setup is interesting in that each floor has a kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator, so it is easy to store food or drinks for multiple days. The living room was a nice place to gather. There are three decks (one on each floor) so if someone wants a little quite space, it is easy to find. There is also a small pool table which saw some good use and you can walk to some restaurants or hop on an Uber for about 2-2.5 miles into Newport. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back next year!

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

Victor’s place was relaxing and beautiful. We had the best time and especially loved listening to the waves. Victor was so responsive and even offered us an earlier check in and check out. The place was sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the sunset from the private beach. Elvira was super accommodating and helpful throughout the weekend.

Eric is a wonderful host and his waterfront property was every bit as cool as the online pics/descriptions! The unique floor plan boasts multiple seating areas, indoor and outdoor, with exquisite views of the water and a fantastic updated kitchen. This quiet neighborhood was the perfect off season get-a-way—we would love to return in the future!

Our group has stayed at Patti's place twice a year for a number of years now. She has always been gracious & helpful, with a nice note and home baked cookies greeting our arrival! The location is quiet and peaceful, right on the beach, which is conducive to our desire for rest and reflection.

This is the 2nd Thanksgiving weekend we spent at Deeanna's. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and each detail is thought though in the best way. Deeanna went above and beyond to accommodate my family and we are so grateful to her. The kitchen is perfection and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The scenery and views are breathtaking. Overall, this home is a total gem. Thank you, Deeanna! We hope to come back next year!

Perfect house for a large family gathering. Great location, quick walk to the beach and parking permit for beach was huge for bringing chairs etc. very close to town for shopping, dinners etc. very responsive host. All the rooms were nice, as were the ground and pool. All exactly as advertised. New construction and all done pretty nicely. Not super luxury standards but certainly nice enough in all respects for a family that has stayed in plenty of super luxury homes and hotels. Highly recommend.

My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

Great place to stay in Clinton! Had more than enough space for our large group and Greg was a very responsive and friendly host!

The house was in perfect area. Got to see deer, turkey and rabbits while sitting around pristine backyard and pool area. House was directly across from ferry system to Connecticut and adjacent town was perfect for restaurants and walking around. Would highly recommend this as a destination location and house. Look forward to returning

We were looking for a home where we could host our two daughters and their families. We do not see them often, so wanted a home where we could gather but also have some private spaces. The two master suites were perfect for our daughters with babies and young children for some family quiet time while the main living area offered a generous living room with the fireplace as a focal point, a smaller nook for watching tv, a family-sized dining room table for our Thanksgiving dinner (and did I say that they provided everything anyone could want for cooking and presenting the meal), and the kitchen island, allowing cozy eating and chat while assembling meals. Mystic was a short distance away, so we spent time at the Aquarium, wandering the streets, and wrapping up the day with a lovely meal. Other small towns worthy of exploring were a short distance away. The weather prevented us from enjoying the hot tub and pool, but they looked inviting.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! We stayed for almost two weeks. The property is beautiful and puts you close to town of EH and Montauk. You are half hour or less away from Wolffer, Main Beach, Montauk, great shopping, amazing restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time riding bikes to the beautiful private beach and swimming in the heated pool. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our girls loved to hang out in the sunroom and play basketball in the backyard. Can’t say enough good things about Ellen and how great of a host she is. Highly Recommend!

My second stay at this home and it was A wonderful stay! The house was lovely, exactly as described, with plenty of room. Chrystal was super helpful and friendly. A fantastic experience!

Albeit an off season stay, Brandon's home was exactly what we were looking for! A secluded location with unparalleled view and access to Lake Montauk. Beautiful property with the right amenities. Easy access to town and various locations in the area.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

Brian was an exceptional host with being communicative and making himself available if needed. The location was ideal—conveniently situated near local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, yet nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

An amazing place to stay - so many positive things about it- great location- comfortable beds - beautifully decorated- great for family gatherings- includes so much like items for the beach- toys for the kids - bikes and kayaks- very clean- great area for walking or riding a bike. We had no issues during our stay. One of the best places I have rented. My daughter came down with her family for the week while my son and his family (who lives less than an hour away)were able to come down for the day several times during the week. It was awesome getting everyone together to celebrate my birthday. There was 3 toddlers and 2 infants- and having the beach so close so that the toddlers could enjoy the beach and back yard while the 2 infants were able to keep their nap schedule was such a plus. I would definitely return for another family vacation or even a girls getaway. Thanks so much Amanda and Taylor for sharing your lovely place.

Julia was a wonderful host and her place is charming and new. Very comfortable and peaceful. It's so close to the great Ditch Plains beach but completely private with fantastic trees and views from top floor. Julia was also very helpful and responsive and I highly recommend her place for a great getaway from it all.
