Best things about Sam's place are the location and the amount of room to spread out in the unit. Great, picturesque location right on Stonington Harbor. There was plenty of room for our party of 4 and the place could accommodate 6 people easily. There are a few quirks to the unit but nothing you wouldn't expect in a semi historic building and they are also disclosed in the listing. Sam is a friendly and responsive host. My wife loved that the unit has a hair dryer with a diffuser.

This home is gorgeous, peaceful, and in a fantastic location. We were within walking distance of downtown Mystic and seaport museum and only a short drive away from the aquarium and old Mystic Village. Both hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home! They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local activities, and the check in/check out process was super easy. This was a fantastic experience!!

Perfect “Connecticut” destination for a restful, cosy & comfort “couple get-away” vacation in Middlebury, CT. Traci’s home located in walking distance to restaurants, coffee-shops and the Middlebury Greenway for a walking, biking & cross country skiing when it snows! Traci’s home has a private entrance to her “basement” with gorgeous window-views over looking Hope Brook river. My husband & I came up to visit my family at the annual Middlebury Christmas tree lighting. There was snow on ground, so we had a perfect “Connecticut Christmas”. Traci’s gracious hospitality, is the perfect “home away from” for a couple or single person to relax and escape the stresses of life.

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

So glad I found this spot for a quick trip to visit family. Could walk to everything, bed was comfy, loved it. The design of the space was great, the bathroom shower was great. The furnishings and design were fabulous .

My friends and I have stayed in many AirBnbs and they don’t come as pristine and amazing as this one! Liza was an absolute sweetheart and had every amenity listed, the sugar cookies and home baked muffins were delicious, the house was spotless and the linens and beds were so comfortable. We would 100% stay here or in any property that is hosted by Liza again. It was a perfect house for us to spend our weekend and the commute to Hartford was simple and easy.

Victor’s place was relaxing and beautiful. We had the best time and especially loved listening to the waves. Victor was so responsive and even offered us an earlier check in and check out. The place was sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back

Eric is a wonderful host and his waterfront property was every bit as cool as the online pics/descriptions! The unique floor plan boasts multiple seating areas, indoor and outdoor, with exquisite views of the water and a fantastic updated kitchen. This quiet neighborhood was the perfect off season get-a-way—we would love to return in the future!

Meaghan is a superb super host . Communicating with Meaghan was super easy , very helpful, friendly and quick to respond back to all my inquiries. The house has amazing views of the water and kitchen is well equipped for cooking a gourmet meal. We had a family of 7 including an infant and a great time was had by all. We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

We loved staying here! Plenty of space and two separated section floors which is great for two families staying together. The location was spectacular and Jason was very responsive!

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

We had a pleasant stay at Nick’s place. The unit was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water & restaurants in walking distance. Check-in was very easy and Nick was always responsive.

Our stay was perfect! The condo had all the amenities we needed for a weekend getaway and the location was perfect to check out all that Montauk had to offer. Doug was an exceptional host, answered all our questions and was easily reachable. Absolutely would recommend.

We had a peaceful, pleasant stay at Desiree's AirBnb. We chose the location as we were seeing a concert at Mohegan. The condo was less than a 5 minute drive to Mohegan which was perfect for us, yet very peaceful and serene considering how close it is. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub in the club house after a day of walking (we went to Mystic seaport, which is about 25 minutes away). The condo was very clean although the soaps in the shower need a refill. We overall really enjoyed our stay at the condo, the surrounding area and the hot tub. Next time we will utilize the services at the Norwich Inn & Spa, which is walking distance to the condo. We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!
