Townhome vacation rentals in West Perth

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location with everything we needed within 15 minutes walking or driving distance. Spacious and large enough for 3 adults and a baby. Good to have a laundry to use during our stay.

Kathleen is a great host, a very pleasant, kind, helpful and friendly person. I had a fantastic stay. Kathleens's home is very comfortable and very clean and I had full access to all amenities. It is in a brilliant location close to Perth City.

The place was great and had all the essentials we needed for our 7-day, 6-night stay. Overall, the house was comfortable, clean, and felt like home. However, there are two important things to note: first, the checkout time is quite early at 10 AM, which is two hours earlier than the typical checkout time. Second, guests are required to return the kitchen to its original state. While we made sure to follow both of these rules and hope we met the owner’s expectations, we believe these requirements shouldn't be mandatory—especially for families with small children who need extra time to pack and prepare. Additionally, given that Airbnb already charges a cleaning fee, this extra requirement may feel unnecessary.

Cam was super friendly and his place has a really nice feel to it. It was quiet, apart from the beautiful birds in the trees... lovely little patio area, really great if I had children as well. Thanks Cam

We had a comfortable stay at Bailey’s place. It had everything we needed and things like extra pillows, blankets and gadgets like a rice cooker were a nice extra touch. The house is on a busy street but we didn’t notice too much noise and it’s very convenient to drive into Freo or back to Perth and the free parking spot made that easy.

Had a wonderful stay in South Fremantle. The location is perfect, easy to walk to lots of restaurants and cafes, the beach and parks for kids. The house was really well equipped and set up for our 4 night stay. Thanks again, we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Virginie’s home. We were very grateful to find such lovely short term accommodation in our community, after needing to move quickly due to a flood at our house. The house was very well appointed and had everything you could possibly need. We loved the beautiful terrace house and the amazing location opposite Hyde Park. Tastefully decorated, clean with plenty of storage space. Good sized accommodation and very comfortable for our family of four. Bus stop to the city is super convenient. Beatty Park Leisure facilities within a short walk away. Leederville a 5 minute drive away. Nice private outdoor areas. We had a very relaxing stay here and would love to stay again.

This was my first Airbnb experience. David was very helpful assisting me to understand the booking process. Communications were excellent. The property was very clean, well-appointed and in a great location (off street and walking distance to restaurants/cafes on Albany Highway. Instructions for air-conditioning and amenities were excellent. Great stay for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David as a host and the property as a destination.

This property has a good location close to the airport, city and freeway. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The house has good air conditioning and the kitchen has all the essentials.

The townhouse was near the coast, shopping and buses. We found it was in a good position for us to be able to get around to visiting family. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Christina was very helpful, friendly and prompt in replying to our messages. We enjoyed staying and would stay there again.

David was a great host meeting us arrival and walking us around the property. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The neighbourhood was quiet and walkable to restaurants about 10 mins away. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location!! 5 mins walk to Coles and 10 mins to beach! The sunset at Scarborough beach is stunning and the sunset market is highly recommended! The owner is really thoughtful and has got all kids necessities in the house. All my families love the place!

Great place, best part is location how close it is to city and shopping centres. it is clean so I guess she has gotten new cleaners. the only one downside is althought she has put a fan in each room there isn't air-conditioning so if it is super hot may be a problem. else there's air-conditioning throughout the house which is very well furnished and taken care of. A bit older house but very solid, instructions to find key was slightly harder than regular Airbnb but all in all was good stay hope we were good also had 5 people there and fit us all very comfortably.

The air conditioning worked extremely efficiently—a welcome relief on those hot days.
