Vacation rentals with beach access in West Nipissing

Lisa and Al are such amazing hosts, we always feel so welcome and will be returning regularly. This place is literally a slice of Heaven and a must visit. 100 stars if I had the option. Thanks Lisa and Al for a wonderful weekend at your property!!

Amazing location. Place is absolutely massive . Close to the water and all the local spots. Would recommend and would stay again !

Sandra was friendly and inviting and strived to make sure we had anything we needed, including hot coffee and fresh pastries. We had a family dinner at the bistro on our first night and the food was delicious, especially the lobster roll and homemade tomato soup. The accommodations were cozy, but definitely enough room for 2 or 3 adults. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning, so it was quite warm and stuffy in the evenings. I'm sure it would be quite comfortable during cooler weather. It was a handy location to stay when visiting family in the area, and the park and beach located less than a block away was lovely. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Best place for a short term stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's place in Sudbury. From the moment we checked in, we felt right at home. The apartment is lovely, clean, and exceeded our expectations. Karen's attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly made our stay enjoyable. Communication with Karen was seamless. She consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and her quick responses were much appreciated. When we needed a few extra items like a sharp knife for cooking and clean linens, Karen promptly addressed our needs. The location was perfect, and the accomodation itself provided a peaceful and relaxing environment after long nights. The apartment had everything we needed, and we also appreciated the little touches, like the weather updates and the ease of managing some of our laundry needs Overall, we highly recommend staying at Karen's place. Her hospitality and the comfort of the apartment made our time in Sudbury pleasant & hassle-free. Thanks Karen, for being such a fantastic host.

An absolute 5-star experience! The sunrises were breathtaking, and the view was simply stunning. We enjoyed standup paddling, swimming, and the well-equipped accommodations made everything so comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Killarney Provincial Park, which was a highlight of our trip. The hosts were fantastic, providing us with great tips and making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We spent 2 nights at Nicole's cottage this Thanksgiving weekend and I must it was a delightful experience. The place is nice, clean and secluded, plus it's overlooking the lake so that's cherry on top. Nicole is a great host, she is very responsive and flexible with checkin times when we requested. When I shared the pictures of the place on my social media, atleast a few of my friends have already asked about the place.. Great place, even better host.. We'll be coming back here for sure. One thing to mention:- At the property , it has 2 washrooms with 1 standing shower and other jacuzzi. The issuebis that when larger families rent the place, they would benefit more from 2 places to shower (standing or tub, rather than jacuzzi). Just something we realized when we stayed here.

We stayed at Paula's place for a couple of days to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. The kids had a lot of fun playing with the goats and hens. It was a peaceful stay and the place felt homely and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again if we were in town.

We had a great stay at this location. The place was in meticulous condition and we much preferred it to any hotel/motel in the surrounding area. We had a small hiccup finding the place because there are 2 separate sections of this street but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable!

Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving weekend at the house. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was well laid out for visiting and playing games together. The surroundings were so pretty with the fall colours and we could spend time out on the deck or in the yard. It was a beautiful place to spend a weekend together as a family.

What a magnificent place. Beautiful house, beautiful lake, serene forest walks. My family didn't want to go home. Even my dog seemed sad, with his nose pressed against the back seat window as we left. Treat yourself and your family to this beautiful place. My friends and I had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Amir’s place! The house itself is super big and the view is beautiful. Amir was very accommodating and let us check out late on the last day. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amrik was a great host, the pool was a great spot to hangout by during the hot weather. Amrik was quick to respond when we had questions. Hope to be back !

Denis was a great host, we had to stay longer than expected, and he extended stay seamlessly, will definitely stay there again.
