Vacation rentals with breakfast in West Launceston

A great little cottage. Karen has supplied absolutely everything you could need. Such a great location where we could easily walk to the supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and we will try a book again on our regular trips to Launceston. Mark and Wendy

What a wonderful stay I had. So rejuvenating. The beauty of Airbnb is the possibility of connecting with nice hosts, even if only for fleeting moments. Kaye and Gary are charming, warm and funny and I’m fortunate to have met them. The cottage is comfortable, homely and very well stocked with anything a traveller might need. So many thoughtful touches-reading material, butter instead of the usual horrific margarine, a bowl for your pet should you be traveling with one and lots of nibblies. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, safe and welcoming place to rest your head, then this is the spot for you. Highly recommended and I hope to return one day

The Black House felt like a home away from home. Had everything you could possibly need for a long stay. Very attentive/helpful host. The interior design was impeccable and very modern. 10/10 would recommend.

The B&B was a total delight, and it was great fun staying in a colonial-style house. The bedroom is in a separate wing, and very private. There is plenty of parking space; I had a camper trailer. Victoria was a wonderful host, very friendly and chatty.

The 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing 2 night stay. The Coachouse was terrific and generously stocked. We picked Blueberries, Blackberries and Tomatoes very generously encouraged by Stephanie. The walk around Westbury was interesting and a platypus was seen down in the Common wetlands.

Great location, fantastic house, every box was ticked and all the amenities were top class. Nature reserve behind the house and stunning views of Launceston in front. Will definitely stay here again.

Low Head Beach house was exactly the relaxation and luxury we were looking for after our Tassie wedding. The house is stunning and so thoughtfully laid out. Every detail had been thought of and provided. I would recommend organizing some food supplies to take with you as there aren’t a lot of restaurant options nearby but for us it was absolutely perfect!😍

I would highly recommend staying at Hilltop Escape & would love to stay again! It is spacious, modern, clean & styled beautifully. Felt right at home straight away. We were provided with an abundance of breakfast supplies as well as other lovely treats. There are so many small touches to make your stay extra comfortable and enhance your experience. The spa was amazing & we loved eating our meals on the outdoor setting. Kaytlenn was a very responsive and accommodating host. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Our stay was fantastic. Great spot to stay for a couple of nights while doing things in Launceston. Very central. The breakfast was an added bonus and was just what we needed:)

A lovely clean and comfortable unit to stay. It is close to town and within walking distance to cafes and shops. Roslyn was a great host and very generous in the pantry items left, especially some eggs which we greatly appreciated to use for our breakfast. Roslyn suggested eating places in George Town to go and other places of interest. Would highly recommend Roslyn’s place to stay in George Town.

My best airbnb experience to date. Keryn and Andrew were the most incredible hosts. Communication was amazing and super flexible when our flight times were changed, not to mention the thoughtful extra bits and pieces that made our stay even easier. The accommodation was in an absolutely perfect location, walking distance to everything in town and right across the road from a beautiful park. Nice and quite and had everything you could possibly think of needing. Can't recommend this enough, super lucky to find it.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s BnB. She had left a fresh home baked artisan loaf of delicious bread for us. Breakfast was provided with nice muesli, amazing jams, quality butter and milk. It’s minutes from the Launceston Airport, easy to find and very peaceful.

Exactly as described. Perfect location, walkable to so many attractions and very clean and tidy. On arrival, a loaf of bread and block of butter including jams was such a nice touch (and the breads was so fresh and tasty) Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful quiet location overlooking the Tamar River, yet close to everything. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Lovely modern decor, spotless and everything we needed. Extensive continental breakfast supplied for our 2 night stay. Welcoming port and chocolates appreciated. Information booklet very helpful. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Launceston and its surrounds.

I had a really lovely stay at Merrilyn‘s. Since we are both very interested in sports, we had a lot to talk about and I felt right at home. Merrilyn was very helpful in finding a good spot for my bike and oversized luggage, had great restaurant suggestions in walking distance, and provided breakfast. Perfect stay for a couple of days.

What a very special, gorgeous cottage to stay in. Julie and Gary have done everything meticulously as they have lovingly restored the stable. There are special little touches everywhere - beautiful linen on the comfortable bed, the fire laid ready to be lit, underfloor heating, warm towels, home made apricot jam and quince jelly along with sourdough bread, cheese and wine. The breakfast goodies in the fridge were yummy. Nothing has been overlooked. It was such a joy to walk in the garden and have Julie show us around. The cottage is in a great location to check out the Tamar Valley and local area. Communication leading up to our stay was really great. Thank you Julie and Gary for being such wonderful and welcoming hosts and for your kindness in letting us share your special cottage.

Everything was magnificent!

We really loved staying at The Grange with our host Talia. It is clear that Talia has put a lot of thought and effort into making her guests feel welcomed and they have generous high quality supplies on hand. Our space was really big and felt very private, the house is old but we loved its charm. Everything was clean and we were spoiled to have Talia take care of our dishes so we could do other things. The chickens were delightful, even the roosters. I enjoyed a nice deep bubble bath and the extra touches such as the fortified wine, nuts, fruit and chocolates were lovely. Thank you Talia for making our stay so enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Debbie’s place. The room with little kitchenette, and ensuite were both cute and stylish. They were looking very new and clean. We had everything we needed for the visit and were very grateful for some treats as well as a wide selection of cereals, toast, tea and coffee. The location was opposite a park and down the road from a cafe. Debbie greeted us on arrival and was very friendly

I loved my stay at Jo's place! Jo was very friendly and welcoming as were her two beautiful little dogs Mimi & Gigi. The studio was completely self contained, it was clean and smart. The shower was excellent, very powerful rainfall type shower. The bed was very comfortable and i slept really well. Loved all the stuff to do a create your own continental style breakfast! Jo had thought of everything. I would love to stay again!
