We stayed 4 nights in Florentine's beautiful apartment. She is a super host😊! Very clean apartment which was newly renovated. Super location: close to the shopping street and the dike. We had a great time not to criticize! We will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment for a family stay in Knokke! We highly recommend it!

A super located and clean apartment with everything you need for a cozy stay. We immediately felt comfortable right from the beginning. From the apartment you can get everywhere easily: 2 minutes' walk to the beach, perfectly located as a starting point by bike in all directions, small shop and two restaurants + pizzerias right next door. So it feels right in the middle with a view of the church and field and yet completely quiet. Everything is also easily accessible by city train (2-minute walk). In addition, a private garage (very helpful, as parking space is not always available), which also fits the bicycles and a very helpful and responsive hostess: We could not have imagined a better place to stay for our stay. As a family of 4, we had a wonderful stay in Nieuwpoort. We immediately felt at home in the apartment, everything was great. This is a place we'd love to come back to!

The place is great! Very nicely furnished and plenty of room for all guests. You are right on the beach and can also quickly take the train to Bruges!

The apartment is located in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. The center of Oostende can be reached by ferry, by car or by bus. Unfortunately, there is still no baker in the immediate vicinity (but one is supposed to open soon). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partly under construction, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean and tidy. The beds are new and the bedrooms were also cozy and clean. The shower is new, ground level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small, but good and equipped with everything. There is a nice balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but we enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful quick getaway at Tina's place! She was so responsive, and the apartment was spotless and looked just like the photos. The views were truly amazing, and the morning beach walks were such a treat. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Our stay at Natalie's apartment was excellent. The location is great, being a short walk from the centre of town , the Menim gate and central for many of the tours to the war memorials and cemeteries. The apartment is every bit as nice as the pictures show with a great garage with charging point and a lovely patio for warmer days. The only thing our group of oldies would have liked extra would have been a downstairs toilet, but we managed ok. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

We had a great time with the family. Everything was perfect from the small touches to the welcome until checkout, we enjoyed it very much. The bed linen and towels were impeccable, everything smelled good and was extremely clean. We have excellent communication with our host. I 100% recommend the James villa especially with small children (everything is provided!). We'll definitely be back. Thanks again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Myself, my wife and baby had a fantastic stay here. The place is immaculately clean and really well equipped for all our needs. Kris was super communicative and nothing was too Much trouble for him. We enjoyed visiting Antwerpen, Bruges and Ypres during our stay here. The accommodation is located perfectly for visiting multiple places. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

Holiday home ter Munte is highly recommended! The house has all the amenities you need, is very well maintained and is located in a nice area close to Bruges. Carine is a pleasant host who is always ready for you.

We have a wonderful stay behind the back in Martine's home. Everything was super clear to welcome. The large spacious kitchen and the extra fridge made sure we had enough space to tidy everything up nicely. It really felt like a home. All the amenities for the kids are great, from games to dining chair and plates. Really great! Highly recommended! We are already looking into our agendas for a next date for staying in this cottage! An extra plus, you can go to the restaurant for breakfast, very easy the last day of our stay!

Very spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated apartment. Top location near the beach and the pier. Ideal for holidays with the family, even in bad weather you can sit quietly inside and enjoy. Hanne answered questions immediately and was very helpful and flexible. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. We were there with two small children (almost 2 and 4.5 years old). The kitchen is equipped with all the important utensils, and there was always plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The couch and bed are extremely comfortable, and the evening light ambiance creates a cozy, romantic atmosphere. The TV offers access to Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube – the setting in German was easily possible. The children found the elevator very exciting and had a lot of fun with it. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance at every corner. Sebastian offered us the use of the parking card for €20 per day, which worked smoothly. He also responds promptly to all messages, which is very reassuring. Two hours after checking out, we noticed that our Apple Watch was still in the apartment and were able to go back without any problems to look for it.

Perfect apartment for our stay with our friends. Each couple had their own bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. Very clean and well decorated. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay in Delphine's apartment in Nieuwpoort. Beautiful apartment, quiet and yet centrally located, well equipped, smooth and nice communication with Delphine.

Great place to stay at for any business you might have or longer vacations as it has all the necessities needed for the very fair price given.

Ben is an owner who is attentive to his tenants, always present for the slightest information. His apartment is very functional, close to the beach, close to the shopping street and super bright. I would definitely recommend this apartment +++ and... dogs are allowed! A very big thank you to Ben.

Good friendly host , always respond very quickly. And is very helpful. Apartment and roof terrace are quite fine. If I visit briefly again, I will definitely come back.
