Here’s a refined version of your review: Kai's apartment is absolutely beautiful. It felt cozy and inviting for both myself and my family. The living room is a highlight, with large windows offering stunning views of Vancouver’s skyscrapers. Three of the four bedrooms had great natural light, while the fourth was more tucked away but still comfortable. Overall, it’s a very nice place. The location is unbeatable! We walked to Canada Place in about 15 minutes on one occasion and to Yaletown on another. A bonus we didn’t initially realize: Costco is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, which was a huge convenience for us. Highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent location if you are attending an event at the BC Center. It’s a 7 min walk and was just what we needed when the event ended. This apartment is very clean and has a great view. Water, coffee, treats, and a well organized kitchen was helpful too.

This is a very nice, clean, and cozy unit with all necessary appliances and utensils. It is located in a beautiful part of North Vancouver, with easy access to shops and sightseeing locations. The host is nice, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend it to people who are considering visiting and staying in Vancouver for vacation.

Great place in a great location. really tasteful decor, nice beds, added amenities... couldn't ask for much more. tons to do in walking distance. we all rented city bikes and had a blast exploring downtown Vancouver.

All around excellent stay. Tao is a great host - very proactive and communicative. His condo is clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Angie's place is great! The apartment is very stylish and comfortable and everything was in perfect condition. The memory foam bed was particularly comfortable and I slept very well. The apartment has amazing views of the city and the mountains in the distance. My friend staying a hotel nearby came over and was quite jealous! The location is very convenient as well. I was attending a convention at the Vancouver Convention Center, and I was easily able to walk there every day and walk to a variety of excellent nearby restaurants. Angie was a fantastic host and sent me clear instructions in advance and responded instantly to all my messages. I would highly recommend her place!

Location is perfect for concert goers or if you’re going to see a sporting event. Couldn’t be closer and also couldn’t be closer to sky train station. Clean and conveniently located.

Stayed for the Taylor Swift concert. Location could not have been better. Apartment was clean and as described. Would stay again for any event at BC Place or Rogers.

Great location. Easy access. Condo was roomy and clean. Beds were great. Felt very safe and secure. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable home. I know some people might find the bed in a closet weird, but the pictures appropriately captured that. Plus it was great for our kids because we didn't need to worry about early wake ups because the room stayed dark! And gave them a separate sleep space. We really appreciated the AC units. Everything was great!

We used this house for several work colleagues (5) who were in town for our sales meeting. We would all love to come back and utilize the house for vacation and explore the beautiful surrounding areas. The house provided more than enough space, bathrooms, and privacy for us all to feel comfortable staying together. We were able to enjoy the common areas for breakfast. The surrounding area is beautiful and few people were able to get in a quick jog on the local trails. Given the guests were all coming from different locations outside of Canada, the owners provided very quick responses and concise information for everyone. This was a great experience for all of us and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our AirBnb! The house is perfectly situated—just a stone's throw from downtown Vancouver while nestled in a charming, private residential neighborhood. Parking was a breeze and felt super safe right outside the door. Inside, the house dazzled us with its modern style and pristine cleanliness, equipped with every amenity you could possibly want. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We loved our stay in Vancouver. We enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunge. The communication was clear and responsive. It was also the easiest checkout process. My kids also says “awesome sauce” 😀

We had a wonderful stay in Vancouver with our family. The place was very spacious and clean. It was so nice to be able to spread out and the indoor pool and hot tub were amazing. Lucy was lovely and very communicative. Would highly recommend!

Demitri was a great host! The house was amazing, everything we were expecting and more. Demitri was response, helpful and even provided us a special arrival gift for our girls weekend! All 6 of us would stay here again in a heartbeat !

Such a beautiful place and space situated with a view of the ocean and forest! Very cozy and clean with two fireplaces inside, lots of blankets, games to play, a huge tub and a sauna. The place is walkable from the ferry but unfortunately up a huge hill on the way there but easy on the way down. We were lucky to successfully hitchhike up the hill a few times. haha. The hosts were super helpful and recommended many events happening on the weekend. We were also very grateful that they offered a ride to the ferry when we left! They have two cute kitties in the properties, which was a bonus for us. Highly recommend!

A great little place, very convenient to the SkyTrain and to walk directly to BC Place. A great place for a single traveler, I felt safe walking back and forth. I wish I had had time for the sauna! A little bit of upstairs walking noise, but that's to be expected with a basement apartment. I'd stay here again.
