We found paradise! If you are looking for a private beach, you will love this place! It's at the end of 7 mile beach, which you can easily reach by foot, where you can find restaurants and bars. Note: access to beach not suitable for kids as you are crossing hedo club beach. We loved the house, it's in a small comunity with great neighbours, really fun but quiet. You can snorkel just around the beach or if you dare swim to booby cay, great snorkeling. Mirelle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

The most amazing experience was had here at st.clair if you are looking for perfection on a location,amenities galore,a perfect location for a special occasion this is the place ambience to die for and hands down service like non other this is your place & the chef here represents what a true tasting of Jamaica should be, the flavors are beyond thought definitely culinary genius at work for this place. I would not share such a place but for those who know me know I share every jewel I have had the pleasure of and these meals must be shouted from the mountains of Jamaica as top contender for Jamaicas’ TOP KITCHEN! The apartament is located in a decent spot in Negril. The beach is nearby, there is a store just few steps away. Cool spot

We’d give Barry and his place 10 stars if they’d let us. Please is as described. King aized bed, kitchen, air conditioning, cable tv, internet all good. Beach location is ideal, quiet, peaceful beach, awesome for hanging out and snorkeling. Barry is also just an excellent host, gives great communication and provides a multitude of suggestions and guidance on the area. This was a great transition for us, going from previously staying mostly at AI properties and now staying at more of a residential complex, in many ways thanks to Barry’s advice. Barry is extremely responsive and is a good person to rent from. Highly recommended. Thank you!

The Airbnb was in a nice location in Negril. Very easy to get to places and beach. It’s very modern and has everything you need. I felt very safe on the compound and the area is very quite. Would definitely comeback if I stay in Negril again. Kaylene and Miss Rattray were very welcoming and kind!

Very nice, great communication, very authentic Jamaican experience. If you don’t mind leaving the beaten path of a resort style vacation this is probably a good fit for you and your family. On site assistance pretty much 24/7 if any concerns arise or even for advice on how to effectively navigate the area. Having the garage was certainly a bonus for inside/outside space.

Mario's airbnb was a pleaseant place to stay. The decor was fabulous. It was very cozy and easy to locate. Just a few steps away from the beach. Updated kitchen, and bathroom. Pleasant treats for guests were on the table and beverages in the refrigerator. All appliances worked well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your airbnb.

Talk about a great escape. Shasta’s listing was amazing and extremely convenient. With the market just a minute away and walking distance between Ricks Cafe and Rockhouse. The only issue is that the road way in the back of the house can get dark but it is well lit by the listing, the old restaurant might look a little spooky but I love to see how nature naturally takes over. The area is full of great views and peace and quiet.I will most definitely make my way back to Shasta. Most definitely appreciated my 2 little bodyguards (2 adorable dogs).

Lovely place! Has everything you need for your stay. Perfect location and Awesome Sea view. Pictures match exactly! The bed is very comfortable and I slept well. Ruth's place is definitely a home away from home, and is exactas advertised. Just beautiful. I loved being able to sit on the balcony under the beautiful night sky. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was absolutely perfect in all way. This is my 2nd stay on the property and I love everything about it. The property itself is beautifully kept. Ms Zenie is wonderful. The array of fruit trees and beautiful flowers help to make the grounds even more fantastic. As for the accommodations, it was everything I wanted / needed. A beautiful room with enough kitchen space, roomy fridge and a coffee pot. Easy access to the beach and plenty of places to grab food or a drink make the location even more perfect. Thank you for a great trip and can’t wait to be back

WOW! What a host and great stay at Dawns place. Dawn was always there whenever we needed her. Stellar communication! The apartment was a quaint and quiet space with the little privacy wall and all. Felt just like a one bedroom / studio. This community had a lot of elderly people who were just simply relaxing. The beach was a five minute walk and it’s next to a nude beach. However, Grand Lido is in the opposite side full of families and fun! The TV was a bit hard to figure out. No worries Dawn gave me step by step directions to turn it on. She said she would put instructions up for the next guest. The apartment is on The third floor and the light in the hall was out. The rock pool was great. Just be careful of the little sea urchins cradling the side walls. The shower is on the small side and it’s enclosed with glass. The space had two balconies one for standing the other was to relax on. This apartment did not disappoint my husband and I at all. I missed my flight and Dawn welcomed me

Such a beautiful apartment from the decor and interior which creates a relaxed feel. The pictures and description is a true reflection of the place, the amenities in apartment was great and useful. Claudine is an amazing host her communication before my holiday and during was great and replies were always prompt. I enjoyed my stay with only a 2min walk to the beach, this was a key location with beach access. Restaurants and places to visit, I would recommend this place and would love to stay in the future. Quiet gated community with lovely beach and pool. its a beautiful and well equipped apartment. Large deck with great seating, we enjoyed star gazing and early morning coffee.

My stay at Christopher’s apartment in Negril was amazing! The community is absolutely beautiful, and we felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. The apartment itself was lovely—well-furnished, clean, and equipped with AC in both the living room and bedroom, making it very comfortable. Christopher was a fantastic host—kind, professional, and very responsive, even though we hardly needed to reach out since the apartment had everything we needed. This will definitely be my go-to spot for my frequent trips to Jamaica. I Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Negril

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Pam's place before heading to a nearby resort. The check-in instructions were very clear and the property was well kept and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fendi's place is really cute and looks even better in person. We really enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing day and night. There's nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the stars. There are lots of nice people on the property. It's very close to restaurants, night life, and grocery stores. Fendi was always available for suggestions and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value and cozy place to stay.

Our first Jamaican trip was unforgettable, thanks to this stunning apartment and the amazing host, Christine! She’s the kindest person we met, with perfect communication—always replying within minutes and checking if we needed anything.
