Michael's place was exactly as promised, a clean, comfortable home away from home. To be completely honest, there is not much to do in Ely at the end of March (it's probably much more exciting in the summer!). Nevertheless, we enjoyed the International Wolf Center and Michael's house was comfortable and easy to stay in. Thanks, Michael!

What a special place on the north shore! Taking in the waves and wind energized our souls. We meandered on Gitche-Gami by bike, ventured to Lutsen and Grand Marais and filled our bellies at Coho on our way out. We are so grateful for this welcoming and cozy space. We stayed for a short weekend getaway and already can’t wait to come back! The listing was exactly as described in description/photos. Charming place. We loved the view from our balcony and the view off the large community balcony just next door. Hot tub was a bonus. Host was super responsive. Thanks for having us! If you’re on the fence- book it!

I stayed here March 2025 hoping to see the Northern Lights since this year will be a very good year to see them. Unfortunately, the forecast changed but we are gonna definitely try here again next time at Andrews Airbnb! it was so lovely and they were so helpful and responsive. Like another review, one of our friends who was staying with us also said there was dog hair/some animal on the bedsheets, but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a problem for us. And Andrew and Summer would have fixed it for us if we insisted!! See you next time!

We used the space primarily as for sleeping and place to get cleaned up after/before each day. We have family in town without room to house everyone. So our needs may not be the same thing others are seeking. The kitchen itself is adequate and the large fridge freezer would meet most families needs for storage. There was a lower level window AC that cooled that level nicely. The upstairs was a little more stuffy, but with windows open and a box fan running, it cooled down nicely for sleeping. The bedrooms were good sized and having 2 bathrooms with a tub/shower and a shower met our needs for a place to sleep, clean up. The location just a block off the main road provides easy walking access to shops and restaurants. That would be very attractive to many people. For people wanting the full stay experience with meals and leisure time the place would meet their needs. Would definitely recommend this place for the location and pricing. Suzanne was a good and gracious host!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on the North Shore. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. The cabin was very clean and just right for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals. We were very happy with our stay.

Jereme, was so helpful with all aspects of our 4 night stay at this Beautiful spot near the Poplar River. Skiing out was a breeze and we had enough snow to ski all the way back as well. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool at Caribou and everyone enjoyed this wonderful skiing experience. Great host and great spot at Lutsen Mountains!
