Family-friendly vacation rentals in Wesel

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

It was a really great place to stay. The apartment was just right for 2 people, nice and high quality furnishings. The fireplace in the evening and the terrace during the day for sitting were particularly great. For our dog, the small but nice and fenced garden was really great. As a highlight, we were able to relax in the wellness area in the evening. The wellness area can also be booked as needed. The price is really fair, especially considering that you are alone there and will find a high-quality large hot tub and a sauna with great lighting. In summer you can even use a large pool, which was not yet usable in winter / spring. The garden is really beautifully landscaped and maintained. The apartment has a parking space right outside the door and we were able to conveniently charge our electric car there at the in-house charging station. Florian is a perfect host who always responded immediately. Great - that's how you like to spend vacation :)

Fantastic surroundings, nice and cozy house for family weekend and wonderful to sit in the wood-fired hot tub with freezing cold.

A beautiful house, well maintained, clean, quiet and beautiful area, lots to do in and around the house, many beautiful walks possible in the area, nice and accessible host.

Nice and quiet location close to the Maas. Beautiful rustic buildings with plenty of outdoor space and play facilities for small children. Close to the Baarlo, a lovely village with good amenities. A striking plus was the very good soundproofing within our accommodation. We were four families and didn't experience any noise nuisance in the bedrooms.

It was the perfect place to stay for our regular table weekend with 8 girls. A huge table in the living room for sitting together and in addition sauna & jacuzzi. We had a wonderful time!

The property is super comfy and very well appointed. You could move the HutTub outside for the ambience, but otherwise everything is fine. Baarlo is certainly not Amsterdam, but you shouldn't have that expectation if you book there. For our men's weekend, the house was so well equipped and offered so much space that we didn't miss any additional activities. We would come back.

I used Fridolin's apartment for one night. It is clean, very well furnished and has everything that is needed. Personally, for example, I'm happy to arrive somewhere and have the opportunity to make a coffee. Check in and communication were perfect. It is on a quiet street and only about three minutes to the bus stop if needed. Fridolin always responded very promptly, kindly and openly. An absolute recommendation for a stay in Krefeld.

Iordanis' place was excellent in all respects - it was spacious, well kitted out, warm (as we visited in December) and homely. Access to ample parking was very useful too as we had two cars with us. Iordanis was a very responsive host and was accessible whenever we needed him. The Christmas tree with the lighting was a nice touch as well!

We booked the space for one night. We had a very nice evening, the place was cozy and there was plenty of room for nine people. We felt very comfortable.

As a dog owner, I will definitely come back as the forest is right outside the front door and the paths are very nice, varied and I always felt safe. We felt very welcome and I rarely slept so well, especially I enjoyed this tranquility! Thank you so much for this lovely weekend.

We needed a place to stay due to an event - and it fulfilled everything we needed. :) Check in / out uncomplicated and the arrangement clear and very friendly. The place was very nice and everything worked out for us. We didn't need a full kitchen, so what is available was completely sufficient for us (good equipment with fridge, plenty of dishes, microwave, kettle, etc.) Since we arrived by car, we were very flexible anyway, no problem looking for a parking space either. Thank you!

We used Ciska's lovely house for a few days as a writing stay. With three colleagues, each with its own room, it was a perfect house for it! Between work we walked a round about the heath, out of the window we saw the birds busy, and in the evening we cooked in the extensively equipped kitchen or ate in one of the restaurants within walking distance. It was a cozy place for a rainy day, but also in summer the house and the area have everything you could wish for!

It was quite easy to find, the host was very kind and met us around 20:30. The place itself was spotless clean and had everything that was listed. Additionally, the kitchen, bathroom and sauna were pristine cleaned. The glass in the bathroom was so clean for a moment we thought that were was no glass. Sauna was excellent and we even started a nice little fire one day. Very peaceful with allot of opportunity for hiking and nature. And very easy connection to Dusseldorf via the train with free parking at the train station in the small town. Would go back again without a doubt.

Based ourselves in Angeren whilst here to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of Operation Market Garden in Arnhem. What a wonderful place - clean, homely and private. Our hosts were very friendly and kindly stayed up to greet us on our late check in. The pizza oven was fabulous and is a must for anyone staying here! We thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind ❤️

It has everything you need.

The cottage was so beautiful! It smelled lovely of wood. And it really gives a cozy feeling. Everything is clean and tidy. I would recommend the cottage to anyone. There is also a forest nearby, where you can walk. And plenty of room to park. Upon entering, there was a bottle of champagne with chocolates and a cheese board on the table, which we really liked and tasty!

Great apartment, very nice, spacious and clean. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and would be happy to come back again. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful. Lots of nature in the area. Wild birds and animals. We particularly enjoyed the nature trails which were within walking distance, or just relaxing in the yard watching the horse walk by. We loved it. Thanks Linda for everything.

Nice, spacious house, with a beautiful enclosed garden. Everything you need is available. Quiet park, in the Limburg nature. Very pleasant and clear communication with Jacqueline! Recommended.

We spent a week in Wilfried’s apartment, which was perfect for remote working. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your own meals, but there are also restaurants within walking distance. The terrace was ideally positioned for soaking up the sun and the pool was definitely a highlight of the trip. Highly recommended.

Great host and a very nice place conveniently located. Great communications and clarity. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
