Beach condo vacation rentals in Wells

This Airbnb was a great space for 4 people. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. About 20 minutes from so many shops and restaurants in Portland. Host sent very detailed instructions the day before the trip that were very accurate and helpful. Neighborhood felt safe and the unit was very clean.

"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

This is a great location - right across from the beach. We walked on the beach every day. The drive up 1A along the coast to Portsmouth is beautiful. We went off season so most of Hampton Beach closed down, but drive a couple miles inland to the town of Hampton and you'll find a grocery store and more restaurants. The condo is very comfortable. It's a studio so not big, but the host has done a nice job with lost of amenities and consumables. It's on the south side of the building so plenty of sun. It has a deck with a partial view of the beach. The only thing to note depending on your mobility is it's on the third floor so two flights of stairs - no elevator.

After staying at the Hamptons for a week with my significant other we can’t help but say how much fun our stay here was! Our condo was in the most perfect location. Literally you walk right up the street and the beach and the strip is right there! It’s about a 3 minute walk to any near by restaurant, coffee shop, scooter shops, souvenir shop, etc. From the condo the view itself is gorgeous overlooking the Atlantic and seeing people at the beach, parasailing, it was truly a gorgeous spot! The condo was well maintained, our hosts were very nice and didn’t hesitate letting us know what needed to get done before we left! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for a few days, or even a week like us!

Our 2nd time staying and just as happy as we were w the first time. Love the beach when it’s not crowded…and the condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Close to lots of good options, casino (the Brook) and nice and peaceful. Came for the sunrise eclipse, but too overcast w clouds, but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

Great stay at this condo in Hampton Beach! Very walkable location and stunning sunrises each morning. Will definitely come back.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this place. It was the small things that stood out for me. The tea pot for my tea, the extra blankets in the closet, baskets of towels for the beach and plenty of towels in the bathroom. It was so easy to walk to Willard Beach and the Scratch bakery across the street was amazing and so convenient. I really appreciated the the binder full of house information and thoughtful tips on restaurants and things to do.

We had a lovely stay at Janis’s place. The location was amazing! Right in the quaint Old Port area and just a short block to the waterfront. The area has amazing restaurants and adorable boutiques. The condo is bigger than we expected, which was a nice plus. It had everything we needed and as super clean. Janis’s communication was superb. The beds were super comfortable, and having an elevator was great after a long day. As others have mentioned, the front bedroom can get a bit noisy, so lighter sleepers will want to choose the back bedroom. We had a wonderful time and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, so it was super convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see. We also loved that it was dog friendly, which made our trip even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Highly recommend!

Nick & Kayla are great hosts and the place was perfect - close to everything. They also provided lots a great recommendations, from places to eat, to events, and things to do in Portland. The condo was sparkling clean and is located in a great area. You don't need a car to visit the whole area (The free parking spot in a nearby garage is a giant plus). We had an amazing stay at this cozy, well-located spot. The space was comfortable, exactly as described, and everything was provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway! One hint: Try the popovers at Central Provisions :)

Great spot, close to everything. Nice fenced in backyard area for pets. Property was clean and well-appointed for a longer term stay. Hosts communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and return !

We had a fantastic stay in this top-floor apartment in Portland, Maine. The accommodations were spotless, and the space was well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy little balcony. The views from the windows overlooking the water were absolutely stunning. Communication was quick and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Having a driveway for parking was a huge plus, and the location was perfect—a short walk to charming neighborhood cafés and the scenic Eastern Promenade, where we enjoyed strolling along the waterfront and admiring the beautiful mansions. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Great property, well cared for, and really enjoyed double bedrooms and double bathrooms. Not only are they dog friendly, but they are proactive about providing recommendations about having dogs on the beach. We didn't realize it would be possible to take him onto the beach (after or before 9-5), which blew our little dog's mind running around in the sand. And they provided sheets with a note in a cute little bag that asked us to cover either chair our dog might be lying around on, so the sheets could contain pet hair. Most other hosts wouldn't think of that, wouldn't word it as friendly/casually, and it would've been a REALLY SERIOUS warning. All around - professional, pleasant, customer-focused, with a sense of humor. Winning all around!

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

Don't go to a beach town and not stay on the beach! Incredibly beautiful location! The apt was absolutely perfect, and the decor was the ideal New England beach setting! Big, roomy and with two baths- we never felt crowed. The kitchen was well stocked, so we felt right at home. The beach chairs and beach towels made getting to the beach easy. A question or two popped up and they got back with us immediately!

This condo really exceeded our expectations in how beautifully it was decorated and the amenities that it had. The location was perfect for walking down to the shops and restaurants in the Old Port area and Patrick and Tara gave a great list of restaurants and other places to check out close by. We were only there for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again some time.

Excellent location, huge, clean kitchen.

Taryn’s place was amazing! The space itself is modern and comfortable, a nice blend of luxury and chic. My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and it was the perfect setting. We appreciated how open and bright the space is. The main bedroom has a unique round window that lends extra charm. The kitchen is fully stocked, with nice touches like a craft coffee setup, sparkling water, and high-end kitchenware. In terms of location, it’s centrally located to everything in Portland. Stay here if you want to find restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops that the locals frequent. A nice way to experience more than just the old port. The street parking is free and easy enough to find, or there’s a parking lot two blocks away where you can pay for a spot if you’re not comfortable with street parking. Finally, Taryn is a thoughtful and communicative host. She made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We really appreciated it! If you want to stay in Portland, this is the one!

We enjoyed staying at Steph’s place in Portland. The location is great and is near many restaurants and bars. Steph provided many recommendations on different spots within the city. We were within walking distance to everything in the Old Port area. The included parking spot is super convenient as well. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The shower has super strong pressure and the hot water may not get super hot at times. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay again when we visit Portland.
