Condo vacation rentals in Wellfleet

Richard's place was clean, spacious for our needs, very well located, and had a nice little outdoor space. The rooms were fine, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Richard was very responsive. The location was great for us, right in town and a few minute walk to all the restaurants and galleries. The onsite parking was very convenient. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, and a pull-out bed couch in the livingroom. We were a group of four (one couple) and we used all beds, it worked well for us. We would stay at Richard's again!

Paul’s place was beautiful and in a great location! Mile walk into Chatham for good food and shopping. Very close walk to beach to see fabulous sunrises and setting suns! Would definitely stay again!

What a darling space! We felt right at home. It was quiet and cute inside and we were able to really relax. Thank you, Sam for such creating an inviting living area!

This was the perfect location right on the beach and in the heart of downtown. Having parking included was extremely convenient and once we were here we could walk to everything. The place was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone coming to Provincetown!

John’s condo is a great place to stay in Provincetown. On a quiet street but also a very walkable distance to all things on commercial street. The home was so clean but also comfortable, and I think the condo looks even better in person. John was super responsive to any questions/concerns and helped to make my stay fantastic. I’m definitely planning another trip back!

Sam was a great host! He was very helpful and quite nice. The condo was a beautiful little place and looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and homey. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo, very comfortable making a great stay. Had all the amenities that we needed. The condo was right on the beach making for wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the bay. The location was great with a short walk to the center of town. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful community. Everything you’ll need and more in unit. Well worth the money spent. Brian was terrific to deal with…made it all easy and solved queries with no drama and lots of warmth and friendliness. Book this one!

Jim is a great host. The unit is very nicely updated. It was clean, attractive and very comfortable. Very convenient to Commercial St. with stores, restaurants and the beach. Unit is on second and third floors. The third floor is like a mini suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, private condo right on Main street in the heart of Chatham. Walkable to shops & beach. The home is lovely, welcoming with bright beachy decor. Spotlessly clean. Great layout with each bedroom on opposite sides of the main living space. Nicely equipped kitchen. Very comfortable, clean and open. We enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend.

All about location. Had a wonderful stay at Aurelien's condo. As stated the location just can't be beat. A short straight walk from the pier couldn't have been any easier. After a long train and ferry ride it's exactly what I was hoping for. There's a CVS and a convenience store (inside the Gulf station) on the corner so if you forgot to pack something, it was just minutes away. Commercial Street is two blocks away for all your dining, shopping, and partying needs but just far enough away for you to enjoy some quiet. Also there's a lovely view of the Pilgrims Monument from the bedroom, especially at night, as it's a short walk from the condo. Aurelian's place was clean and well appointed and I would surely stay again.

We had an unbelievable trip to Provincetown over Thanksgiving weekend!! Jack's place is quiet, serene, and right on the water. We loved morning walks along the sand and coffee on the porch overlooking the water. The apartment is just outside of the more touristy areas of Provincetown, but a short walk to everything you would want or need to see in the town. The space itself is impeccably clean and comfortable. It also had all of the cookware essentials for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal and eat comfortably. The apartment was really the star of the trip, as we didn't even feel we needed to leave the house in order to experience amazing views and some calm. For anyone visiting Provincetown, I cannot imagine a better spot for a getaway!

The place and location were great. Dave definitely was a great communicator and explained everything prior to arrival. This was a time share so the facility has no reflection on Dave’s reputation. The deck and the pool were the only things that could have been cleaner.

It is always comforting to stay at Anna’s condo. It feels like home with well thought out amenities, clean spaces, quiet surroundings and such a helpful host. It is a great space for families and has all you need to cook in. I highly recommend staying here.

Great spot with just a 5 min walk to the beach. Cute and cozy which is just what I needed. Super clean and well maintained. Very much enjoyed my stay!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

Perfect location, great space, immaculate when I arrived, and Amy was super responsive to my questions. Highly recommend this property and host. Wonderful PTown experience.
