I’ve been to a lot of places and Brianna’s place is one of the best. Very comfortable comforter, pillows, and sheets. Amazing coffee and beautiful Christmas tree! Roomy bedrooms. Worth every cent.

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

We stayed here during CSU's Graduation in December. It worked perfectly for us. We had a 3hr gap between graduation and our dinner reservations. Jim allowed us to invite additional out of town family members to gather at the home. It was perfect and we were able to share quality time together. I would highly recommend this AirBNB and will stay there again.

Conveniently located next to a park, rec center and grocery store, Maria’s uncluttered large home was spacious and clean. Each bed in the 5 bedrooms was comfy and 3 bathrooms were super helpful. The kitchen is minimally stocked, so if you plan to cook for a large group, plan to bring some things. The kitchen was large, and the backyard looked inviting for a summer stay. We enjoyed the house immensely and would stay there again!

We loved our stay - the house was great and Kevin was an amazing host. My family and I travelled to Fort Collins to spend New Year's with my son and his wife. The house was in a super convenient location and the perfect size to fit all of us comfortably (there were 8 of us). I would stay here again!

Perfect house in a wonderful location for our trip to Rocky Mountain NP! The home is practically brand new in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

The Windsor house was exactly as pictured, everything worked perfectly, and the house was extremely clean from top to bottom. It’s a very walkable neighborhood with a fantastic view. The kitchen was well equipped, the tvs all were smart tvs so easy to find things to watch. We were a longer term rental so it was important we felt safe and could make ourselves at home. I highly recommend this rental

Such a cute, clean & cozy spot. Absolutely loved the walk ability to restaurants and activities. Instructions were very clear and the space felt private & inviting. Great place to stay while visiting Greeley.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s just as described, in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. I work nights so I sleep days and the bedroom has shades and room darkening curtains. Even though there is a train in town, I never heard it! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Bonnie’s place provided us the perfect rest spot while we visited family in Erie, Colorado. We were pleased to find delicious muffins at checkin, as well as a generous selection of hot drinks for the Keurig ! Wonderful shower, towels, and mattress for a good nights sleep. Be sure to watch your toes around the base of the metal bedframe! Spacious kitchen and bathroom . Bonnie is so approachable , and a plus is that her own home is right next door . Walkable to downtown and terrific restaurants ( in good weather😊). Do NOT miss “ Stacey’s Kitchen “ or the “ Erie Social Club”!!!! Be sure to double check closing times, as they are earlier than on the East coast. We Look forward to returning to Bonnie’ s Place!!!

Great stay! Place was very clean and as described. Isaac always responded and never left me with any questions.

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

Jorge’s place was very comfortable for our trip. We were able to relax after a hard day. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants and stores are an easy drive.

Wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to shops and good restaurants. It was peaceful, easy to access and the perfect location. Jan is a great host who makes you feel at home and provides everything needed for a great stay! Would definitely stay again.

Of all the Airbnbs we have visited this was the best value because of the convenience, cleanliness and price. It is a well stocked, comfortably furnished bargain. There is a Lebanese restaurant that is fantastic two blocks away and many others just a little further. Add great Middle Eastern food to the package and you can't ask for more for the price.

Excellent cozy stay. Very roomy and excellent layout condo. Took my 90 year old parents to family gathering in Greeley area. Close by to all family functions. Even with very cold snowy few days was easy for my parents to access and plenty of room for my parents and wife and I. Very comfortable living area with open kitchen area to retire to each evening. Everything was very clean well taken care of. The McAdam's were great about keeping us posted on everything that we could expect and answering any questions we had. Would stay here again for sure.

Chelsey's place was great for a long-term rental, very convenient to work, shopping, and places to eat! It had everything we needed, the only suggestion would be to add a Keurig-type coffee maker! We had an issue with the cleanliness of the condo - dirty floors, kitchen table, and the dishwasher was dirty even though there were no dishes in it. But Chelsey was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately! She was an excellent host, and we would definitely stay at her place again!

Great place! Had pretty much everything you need for a extended stay! Plenty of room and space. We stayed in the master suite. it was beautiful and the closet was huge and just what we needed. Laurel was friendly and communicative with us. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe. There is a little park and you can walk around a lake!

I stayed here for the summer. The Condo is spacious. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the town’s looping bus stops at the entrance to rhe neighborhood which is about a 3 block walk. Laurell is a great host who responds quickly to any issues or concerns. This is a great place to stay as a base for exploring the NoCo region and mountains. It is possible to travel to most major places in Colorado by connecting to various routes. It would be preferable to have a car, but it is possible to get around on the bus systems.
