If you are travelling to Ljubljana I highly recommend this apartment, especially if you have children - as there is lots of space in the apartment, plus there is a perfect playground right outside the front door. The apartment is spacious, natural lighting throughout, comfortable beds and a nice kitchen with all the utensils you might need. It is located within a quiet, easy walk of the center of Ljubljana - convenient for everything. Communicative and responsive host!

If you’re considering places to stay in Ljubljana, stop looking and book this one! Not only is the location ideal (right on the river, close to tons of restaurants and shops, with an antique market outside on Sundays) the unit itself is so thoughtfully appointed. The place is spotless, chic yet cozy, the bathroom has space for toiletries (it kills me when there’s nowhere to put your toothbrush!), there’s space to hang things, there’s laundry, it was warm (!), the kitchen has everything you need— all set in a gorgeous historical building. You will love it!

This place in the small village of Kamna Goriča in a renovated old mill — with the waterway still running through. We were greeted by Tanja, whose English is excellent and shown around the apartment. Her mother, who lives in the house next to the old mill sent over a freshly baked cake to welcome us. The apartment was adequate with a kitchen with most of what you might want to enjoy your own home-cooked meals. With Bled and Radovljka a shore drive away, anything you need is easily available.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

As a group of friends, we booked the house for a weekend and had a great time. The house is perfect for larger groups, everything was available, we didn't miss anything. The communication with Manuel was also very easy, he was very flexible. Thanks for a great stay, we will be happy to come back!:)

Wow, is all I can say. The road essentially ends at the ALPIK Chalets, and you are as far as the road takes you in Triglav National Park. You hear the river from the chalet. Easy walk to lake bohinj, Vogel Tram, Savica waterfall. Truly an amazing place. Thank you, Jaka. We couldn’t have been happier. And the Sauna was amazing.

We loved our stay at Sovica—it was the perfect combination of lived-in charm with comfortable amenities. It's an easy trip down to the shore whenever you're so inclined, but for us (especially as we were there in November, with the weather turning) it was especially enjoyable to be perched up in the house looking over the lake with a fire going in the wood stove, watching the day go by. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the bed was very comfortable, it was a great convenience for us several weeks into our trip to have a combined washer/dryer, etc.—everything was great.

We stayed in the fisherman's cottage for a week. Due to the storm in many parts of Austria, we had to make some compromises in our planned activities. We were able to start cycling tours to Spittal, Lake Faaker and Lake Wörthersee right outside the front door. In the evening we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The way to the city is also not far away. Our car had a perfect parking space under the carport on the premises. We will be happy to come back again, then hopefully in better weather.

One of the best AirB&B apartments we’ve ever stayed in, fabulous location , really well equipped Matjaz had thought of everything! Communication was perfect from the start, he provided us with lots of ideas for things to do locally . Can’t recommend enough we would definitely come back !

There were four of us staying for a week. The apartment is a real dream and left nothing to be desired. An extremely high-quality and new equipment, a fantastic roof terrace, spacious and bright-friendly design made us feel at home. The location is great, right in the city center right on the Drau and on the old town. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen equipment is state-of-the-art, complete and prepared for every conceivable possibility. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Villach, this is the place to be. We can recommend this place without reservation.

I highly recommend the apartment in Ljubljana. Great location near the river and plaza in the heart of it all. Our host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself we very large and grand and also well equipped and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay when visiting Ljubljana! This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and in the BEST location! It is central to everything, steps from the river, an easy walk to all major attractions, and when visiting in December, it had the added perks of a beautiful and lively Christmas market literally right outside the door! For being so close to the action, this apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The host has provided everything you could possibly need or want. Very responsive and helpful, with easy check-in and great communication. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to ANYONE visiting this beautiful city! Thank you for having me and I can’t wait to visit again one day!

What an amazing spot! Great views, the landscaping and green grass allowed us to sit and picnic or hang throughout the day. Very close to Klagenfurt- stayed here for the Ironman. Would 10/10 recommend!! Thanks for hosting :)

Mateja's place is cute and cozy, with all home comforts you could need. she gave clear instructions for check in and allowed us to check in early too. although there are cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby, you're only a 10 minute walk from the main city centre with its full array of bars, shops and dining. Great stay, thank you x

The apartment was great for two people. More people can be accommodated, but then it becomes a bit scarce. So we had enough space on the terrace with a great view of the Karawanken and the numerous paragliders. The location on the slope is of course accompanied by a corresponding drive from the valley. It takes about 15-20 minutes to make it from/to the apartment. You just have to plan that on excursions, but it's definitely worth it. At the time of our trip in August, it was very quiet. There were hardly any neighbors and you could spend lazy days on the terrace without being disturbed. It was always about 6 degrees cooler at the apartment than in the valley. With sultry 32° on Lake Ossiach, this is really a nice thing.

We loved our holiday by the lake. Swimming and paddle boarding everyday. Very relaxing in beautiful surroundings. The property was perfect, comfortable with everything we needed.
