Very clean, comfortable and sweet place. Melissa thought of many things we might need when away from home. She answered immediately when we had a question. The garage and opener were very handy! Nice washer and dryer.

Loved it! Nice and quiet, utilized the well accommodated kitchen to make some meals for our MSU student that was missing home cooked meals. Great area nice and secure, felt like home.

House was very clean and well kept, kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. Hot tub was very relaxing!

The little blue house was the perfect place for my week in town. The house itself has a great "feeling" to it, with a large kitchen and living room and two spacious bedrooms and a very nice sized bathroom as well. The layout of the home is cool and the finishes are very appropriate to a home built in the 1940s but modernized! The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of dresser and closet space, and the backyard is massive. The home was easy to find, clean, and easy to access. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is our second or third stay at Ricks . The home was immaculate with everything we needed to be comfortable . All the little extra details make the stay comfortable .

Heidi and Rose are absolute gems! And the townhome is amazing as well! The entire place is nicely cleaned and has all the amenities you’ll need! If you’re a parent of a young one, there is a rocker/recliner in the “master” bedroom along with the king sized bed which made putting down our infant a breeze. The second bedroom was also fantastic and had plenty of space. The living room has a nice spacious area to lounge and if you have a small one, for them to play. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the laundry area as we came here last minute. The apartment is really close to shops/groceries/the farmers market and also restaurants and the hospital. We came to Springfield and our father unexpectedly passed away, Heidi and Rose were very kind and helped us by accommodating extra days needed to help sort his affairs in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help.

Jonathan & Sarah were accommodating in fulfilling a self check-in. Great hosts of such a cozy place, which is a contrast to typical downtown offerings. The place was immaculately clean and organized. The star of this place are the books, books, books! Such a neat decor and even a fun adventure looking for specific books. Nice being able to leave and just need to turn off the lights and not having a list of chores. I think we'll be staying here for each future visit to Springfield.

Very nice place. It is out in rural Missouri. The nearby state park looks like a great place to explore. Very clean and comfortable.

Anthem's Southwest Palace was perfect for our stay. We split time between Springfield and Silver Dollar City, the trip either way was not bad at all. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed, if you needed it, whatever it was probably was there somewhere. Likely the best supplied rental we have stayed in. If we go back that way again we hope he will let us stay again.

a beautiful place to stay, very very clean! host was very responsive & nice. highly recommend staying here for a little getaway, & a peaceful one too. we loved it!!
