Very clean, comfortable and sweet place. Melissa thought of many things we might need when away from home. She answered immediately when we had a question. The garage and opener were very handy! Nice washer and dryer.

This was a cozy apartment very convenient to visit my son at MO state. Beautiful decor and coffee and snacks provided. Lots of tv watching options too. Private parking and close to lots of restaurants, the hospital, and the university. I would stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Traveled to Springfield for nightwork and had a wonderful stay. It was a peaceful place and I was able to sleep good without any disturbance.

The place and location was great. The only concern we had was with the driveway. If you have a large vehicle like a truck or SUV, the driveway is a tight fit.

The house was SO gorgeous , smelled so good and looked absolutely stunning clean! It was so spacious for our little group and we had such a great time! The back yard with the fire pit was perfect for the cold chilly nights we spend, the bedding in the beds were so cozy and the hot water was like endless which made four of us showering a breeze! My personal favorite thing was the vintage touches like the cookie car collection spread without. We will be back soon and can't thank you guys enough for our stay!

Derek was a great host and the house was just as described. There was plenty of room and we felt at home, which was nice because we needed to relax. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We will look for this house next year when we’re back in town!

Holly was so responsive, understanding and kind. We lost a cat when it was time to checkout and she was so patient and as helpful as she could be. The place was clean, met all of ours needs. Thank you!

Great house in a good location at a reasonable price.

Heidi and Rose are absolute gems! And the townhome is amazing as well! The entire place is nicely cleaned and has all the amenities you’ll need! If you’re a parent of a young one, there is a rocker/recliner in the “master” bedroom along with the king sized bed which made putting down our infant a breeze. The second bedroom was also fantastic and had plenty of space. The living room has a nice spacious area to lounge and if you have a small one, for them to play. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the laundry area as we came here last minute. The apartment is really close to shops/groceries/the farmers market and also restaurants and the hospital. We came to Springfield and our father unexpectedly passed away, Heidi and Rose were very kind and helped us by accommodating extra days needed to help sort his affairs in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help.

Jonathan and Sarah were the best hosts and very responsive and helpful during our stay. The loft is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities to make your stay a memorable one. The proximity to the Regency and Gillioz theaters is pretty cool, too, 😎🤘🏻!!! Thanks for the great experience, will definitely stay again…. Sincerely, Rusty

Very nice place. It is out in rural Missouri. The nearby state park looks like a great place to explore. Very clean and comfortable.

This place was clean, comfortable and had many little touches that were great. The kitchen was well set up, we appreciated the coffee maker and all that was in the place. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay there again if I return to the area.

The place I clean and quiet. We love the stay here! It’s close to state park so there are a lot things to go. Dmitriy is very friendly and responsive. We will definitely come back in summer!
