Overall, Dawn was very responsive when I had a question or wanted to communicate with her. I did read a review in which there were cobwebs throughout the house and unfortunately that still holds true especially in the bathrooms, however it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The home looks newly remodeled and had great amenities. There were 2 single kayaks which were great to explore the lake. I would definitely consider staying here again!

The house was very clean and well maintained, although smaller than we anticipated. The backyard is wonderful and we used the hot tub many times. Although the house is not near any restaurants or shops, it only took us 15-20 min to get to downtown Fort Worth. The only negative was that the nearby train blowing its horn woke us up multiple times in the night.

What a FUN stay! Paul's place has something for EVERYONE. We had a family spring break getaway here with multi-generations. All of the host's games inspired a family Olympics tournament that everyone from the age of 6 to 78 were excited about and fully committed to (outfits, trophies, rings, etc.). The house was comfortable and spacious, but the outdoors and amenities of this airbnb are STELLAR! We spent most of our time outside in the swim spa and hot tub, on the basketball court, and in the game room barn. The neighbors longhorns would come to the fence line every evening at sunset and that was something we would look forward to. Paul was an excellent host and communicated quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for a fun getaway. Our entire family had a great time.

Great host; spacious Airbnb; wonderful location; quiet neighborhood; very close to park…….no complaints, no negative feedback, a sure place to reserve on return visit. Henry was super easy to communicate with and definitely quick to respond to my questions or comments.

Josh was a great host. He was always responsive to my messages and questions. Such a beautiful house. Very spacious and cozy. The pool was by far our favorite. We can’t wait to be back!

We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The house was very spacious and homey and clean and close to everything. Host always replied in a speedy manner and super helpful. We are recommending this house to everyone we know that plans to be in Texas.

This host has thought of everything one might have forgotten on a trip. From band aids, toothbrushes, and even robes, you will find it all here, not to mention snacks, coffee, tea, and cocoa, etc. We especially loved the towel warmer! Even though there were other units around us, it was very private. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived by a cat named Morris. If you don’t love cats, he will go away if you tell him. Fortunately for Morris, we are cat lovers and would have taken him back home with us if he had come back to visit.

Comfortable home with all the amenities one could ask for. Comfortable beds, couches, and great water pressure in the bathrooms were real highlights. Daniel was proactive and communicative and had reasonable check-out expectations for the place. Although the weather wasn’t quite nice enough for us to use the pool, it is clearly well cared for and a real highlight of this house. The private backyard was quiet and pleasant to spend time in.

Very beautiful, peaceful and unique compared to the cookie cutter houses throughout the city. We had 2 ducks come visit us everyday at the backyard pool. Love the beds, best I've slept in a while! Awesome selection on cable channels.

Nicole’s place was JUST what we needed! My husband and I were looking for something private for our 3 year anniversary. With the views and the pool and patio amenities, it was such a great retreat! And we were met with fresh eggs from the chicken coop! It was a dream!

Our stay was awesome. The place was the perfect size for a couples retreat. The high fenced back yard was private so we could really enjoy the refreshing pool. Close enough to downtown Fort Worth and all that this amazing city has to offer.

My group had a great time! The house was clean, nice, and had a great location! The pool was very nice to have and hang out around during the day!

Our stay was work oriented and this house fit our needs perfectly. Large bedrooms, open floor plan and plenty of bathroom space. Everything was in working order and the house was stocked with normal household necessities. We would stay again if work brings us back to this area.

We loved staying at Lucas’s place. It was in a great location close to plenty of restaurants, groceries, and pretty much everything. The house was stylish and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great home away from home for 10 days…great big tv and fast internet, comfortable bed, wonderful instant hot water for showers, nice washer/dryer, fully fenced backyard for dog, filtered water system so no bottled water needed ☺️ Everything was clean and organized! Easy walk to lots of great restaurants and dog friendly patios. Also close to hospitals and easy access to I30 and I35 highways. Owners were very responsive and friendly…saving grace when we needed to extend our stay a few days.

Katie has a great place. Super convenient, clean, and a huge thing for me is having a kitchen with many different kitchen utensils/appliances - which it had plenty! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others staying in Fort Worth.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in the home so much. Ginger is the best!!! The back yard was perfect for our little dogs. The location is such a peaceful area! Not only is the home cozy and homey, the neighborhood is also wonderful!!! So many nice people here! We highly recommend this home and Ginger too!!!!

Layne is a great hostess. She responded in a timely manner. She placed important framed informations and instructions at strategic locations in the home. Home has a bigger foot print (square footage) than photos can adequately show. Comfortable and very clean. Easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants.

How great is it to have so many amenities (fully stocked large kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, three bedrooms and 2.5 baths) for a family when you are traveling!! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms had all the essentials, and to spite someone’s earlier posting, there were tons of towels to use! The kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances are all updated. Like most Airbnb’s, the house is older, but the host has decorated the home nicely, everything works, and it is clean. The neighborhood is quiet. Becca responded FAST and helped us get in the house quickly after a rare Texas temperature of below freezing for several days. We had to leave our first rental to get to Becca’s with running water! Thank you Becca!
