Everything was lovely. The house was warm and cozy. We so enjoyed gathering around the fireplace in the evening. Just 10 minutes away the kids went skiing at the Quechee Ski Resort which they liked and was so accessible. Last but not least our host Robin was so nice. She answered all our questions immediately. And was very pleasant.

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s home! It was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child with no issue. The kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook meals throughout our stay. We had a small storm roll through, which dropped 5” of snow overnight (great for our next day on the mountain!), and we were thrilled to see that the driveway and walkway had been cleared prior to 7am. The bedrooms were comfortable and the view from the great room is truly stunning. Would love to stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

This was the perfect location for our family to spend spring break together! The teenagers loved the games and hot tub, and the adults loved sitting on the patio and chit chatting. The beds were all comfortable, and the window air-conditioning units let each room pick their comfortable temperature. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and the house had a ton of items available! They provided sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap (which so many do not) We all enjoyed the pinball enough that we definitely had to get an extra few rolls of quarters for our 5 night trip. We also all don't do well with the Melaluca brand products that the house uses, so we got our own soaps. There are so many great spaces on the property, and we would have spent even more time outdoors if the weather was warmer, but there was SO much to do inside! We all kept commenting how perfect it was for our group of 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 tweens.

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! My family booked this place because it was close to Gunstock. With plenty of room for the entire family and cozy living area, it had everything we needed. Mohammed was very attentive to any questions we had, and the place had everything we needed and more. The only recommendation I have is to clean more of the snow from the back deck. We had trouble accessing the grill.

Perfect place for a family. Lots of beds and space to hang out. The heaters in every room were convenient especially at night. It was comfortable and check-in was easy. Check-out had a lot of steps and required a bit of extra work so make sure to follow the instructions listed in the house rules. Overall a great stay we enjoyed our time at Newfound Lake!

We loved the home. Perfect for our ski vacation to Sunapee and Okemo! It was one of our favorite Airbnb’s. So cozy, great location, great atmosphere, great decorating, etc. We just felt right at home from a minute. We walked in the door Beds comfortable. The upstairs is great if you have a few kids who just want to crash on a bunch of different beds. Laurie, who we mostly communicated with, was fantastic. So nice and so easy to get in touch with if we needed her for anything. Thanks for a great day! Hope to come back someday.
