Had a lot of fun staying at the home in the heart of Utah.

Super clean and spacious, great communication, and flexibility with check-in and check-out. It was a good spot to visit both Pando Aspen grove and Capitol Reef.

Nadalee and Michael’s place was very cozy and clean, the perfect place to rest between national Parks and get some laundry done. Beds were comfy and it was conveniently located. If we’re in the area again we’ll be back! ☺️

What a great space to come back to after a day of hiking! It was cozy with beautiful and thoughtful finishes. Great to have a few things in the cupboard and fridge, and the coffee was excellent! Would definitely come back to stay again! Worked great for two couples.

Super comfy place with a stunning view! Sitting in the living room with that view was a treat. Everything is clean and well made. We had everything we needed. I personally loved the bathrooms but found the bed a bit too soft. That street also strangely got very windy, which made it a little loud at night but probably just bad luck with the weather. I would highly recommend and be back any time!!

We had a great time staying at Phyllis's home! The location was amazing, the home even better and it was nice to have a wonderful place to come home to after a day of hiking and exploring activities!

beautiful surroundings and quick access to Capitol Reef

My great grandpa had a cabin in this area, and this place certainly beats my great grandpa's place out. The home was perfect from a heating/cooling perspective, and the bathrooms were really nice. The kicker from me though was the excellent, private (rural) location with beautiful scenery and an unbeatable view of the starry night sky.

Beautiful house, perfect for our group! We hiked in Capitol reef (~35 min away) a couple days and went to Goblin valley (2 hrs) for a day trip. Great proximity to what we wanted to do! The kitchen is super well stocked and there was plenty of bed space for all 9 adults. The house is bigger than it looks in the pics. Super fun stay!

Great host, easy communication and very accommodating. The house was super clean and everything that was needed was available. She gave us recommendations to the local ATV Tours which was amazing. We will definitely go back

Great home. It was very clean. Had everything you needed and I didn’t even have to call her for anything!

The overall layout and location were amazing. The view was perfection. It was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked and the island was a chefs dream. Close to the national park and some of the most amazing driving views we have seen.
