Awesome home! Everything was as expected. Clean home, prior to check in Mariam personally made sure to walkthrough her home after cleaners to make sure everything was up to par. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room to be entertained. Awesome communicative host.

This location is by far the best Airbnb my friends and I have stayed at for our annual trip out to the Poconos. The house not only matched the photos and description, it exceeded them. The main floor with the kitchen and fireplace is an extremely cozy hearth and offers both intimate conversation and comfortable spacing. I appreciated most that the open concept dining room allowed for conversation from the living room's circle around the fireplace to carry over to the table, allowing for a larger group to still feel connected. The variety of rooms and spaces for entertainment and relaxation offers options for huddling around a fire one night, to an exciting poker night the next. My friends and I hope to stay here again next year and in the future.

My husband and I had a truly wonderful New Year’s Eve vacation at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we appreciated all the thoughtful touches—Oleg had set up a gorgeous Christmas tree that made the space feel so festive and inviting. Everything was impeccably clean, with fresh linens, plenty of towels, and cozy bathrobes that added a lovely touch of comfort. The sauna and hot tub were exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Oleg was a gracious and attentive host who made sure every detail of our stay was just right. It felt so comfortable and welcoming, and we left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to visiting again someday.

We loved it. The decoration was amazing it was like an adventure just to be inside. We loved the area, it was so beautiful. It is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended. And the host was a very good, kind and accommodating person.

The host was amazing. Very kind, helpful, amazing communication. The place was perfectly situated and the outside grounds were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was perfect. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and just enough room for us and made us feel like home and very cozy. The hottub was an added huge plus even when it was 0 degrees outside it was still perfectly warm and relaxing. I can’t say enough about the place and the host. If only every Airbnb was this nice and accurate description. Thank you so much. Perfect place to celebrate the holidays with our family that lives all over the country!!!

We had a wonderful weekend away at Matthew’s place. He was a great host and was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The pictures matched the house and it was very clean. Great stay.

Our stay at Merry and Tom’s beautiful guest cottage was perfect!! We arrived to snow, brownies, a bottle of Prosecco chilling in the fridge, and a prepped wood stove that only needed us to light it! It was a beautiful cottage, and had everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy. We spent a snowy day walking the property on the charming trails (which had been laid out in a map in the welcome book). We met Tom while he plowed our car out and shoveled all around the doors to make it easy for us to come and go. Excellent hosts, beautiful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

The Place was great with excellent access to the river. Relaxing on the deck was enjoyable. The outdoor chairs by the fireplace and river could use an upgrade but definitely not a game changer. If you're one who likes to read the story behind the home, there's plenty here for the imagination. Definitely a happy, lived in home. Leans more toward the outdoors, small town type atmosphere. Has everything. Not disappointed at all. Enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. Lovely lake views from the house and just a quick walk. We used the boat slip and loved the lake for fishing and swimming. Vinny was helpful and responsive when I had questions and was a great host. Bed sheets were provided and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glasses and cooking supplies. We would stay there again!

The place was spotless I loved everything about it. It has everything you needs and it was very clean and confortable. The communication was great, Ana responded quickly. You have a TV in every room; the kids loved that. I don’t have anything else to say … just positive things.💙💙 thank you so much for sharing your home with my family.

The house was exactly how it was listed. The host was pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions. He also surprised us with a much earlier check-in time. that was greatly appreciated because it gave us extra time to explore the community on our first night instead of having to do it the following day. The community is very nice. Enjoyed the pool and the lake. The BIGGEST suggestion I can give anyone who's going to stay at Big Bas Lake in the summer months is to get to the pool a little before it opens. If you don't you won't get a chair and maybe not even a space in the grassy area. We didn't get to use the fire pit area but from what I could see there was plenty of firewood in the wood bin. you won't need to bring starter wood with you. Thanks Again for allowing us to stay at your home. Maybe we will see you again at the end of the summer.

Nice stay at the cottage with direct lake view. The full kitchen, the bunk bed and everything are all well appointed, clean, and “fantastic” (according to my 6 years old). The communication from host was timely and thorough, making check-in and out super easy. Restaurant on site is also a great-to-have bonus.

We had a lovely stay in Honesdale! The house had the charming, old cottage vibe we were looking for and was a perfect place to relax while exploring the Poconos. The only minor drawback was that the front door didn’t have curtains or blinds, which felt a bit awkward when walking between the bedroom and bathroom. Other than that, everything was great, and I’d happily recommend it to others looking for a cozy getaway!

A beautifully decorated home with all amenities. The wood burning stove was the perfect feature for a cozy holiday getaway. Jeremy was very responsive. A wonderful home that I would recommend for couples or friends!

This is our second stay at tthe cottage. The location is great for us and it was all perfect again. Emily makes it so easy for travelers as she has thought of everything, and has the cottage fully stocked. Adult games, kids toys and books, whatever you need is here. Tiffany was very quick to respond to any questions. Very clean cabin. Easy to find/check in. Only complaint I have was the place did have a slight musty smell when we checked it but it quickly cleared when we opened the windows.

This was our second time staying at Mark's place! Mark is a great host. We love the surrounding area and we enjoy having a great place to stay when we want to enjoy some peace and quiet!

We recently spent a weekend at this lovely cottage for a fall family getaway and had a great experience overall! The property was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor amenities, which offered plenty of ways to relax. However, there were a couple of things to note. The cottage is located next to a large boat storage facility, visible from the primary bedroom and living room windows. While it wasn't a deal-breaker for us, we had hoped for a more nature-filled view. Closing the blinds on that side helped with the aesthetic. Another consideration is the heating: in order to make the downstairs warm, the upstairs got quite hot. It worked fine for us, as our kids were upstairs, but others might want to be aware.Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this property for another vacation. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we left with fond memories.

We had a great time at the cabin on the lovely, private lake. It was older and more rustic inside than I expected but overall cozy and very quiet, which is what we were going for. The long, dirt-ish driveway was very bumpy, true to the description. We have a Subaro Outback so it was no problem. I was able to kayak and swim in the lake. We did a hike not far - in Hancock, NY (if anyone does the Boucheux trail be aware that it's on a 2.8 mile dead end road (tripped us up and ended up driving a half hour into PA :)), relaxed on the deck, and on the way home we stopped at the Callicoon farmer's market, which was amazing. It had the most interesting and freshest produce I've ever seen. Overall we had a wonderful weekend; exactly as we wanted.

Great place and location for our girls’s getaway - the house was just as described. It was clean, cozy, and comfy beds. We enjoyed the view of the lake while sitting around the fire pit - peaceful and relaxing.
