My hubs and I enjoyed a weekend away in this hidden gem, it was relaxing and quiet. The pond views and the peacock that surprised us was very cute. The hot tub is perfect for a winter getaway, the kitchen had everything we needed , fireplaces were super cozy and we cant wait to come back here!

We absolutely loved it here! The home itself itself is beautiful. We had so much fun using the hot tub, making s’more’s over the fire, grilling out! Everything was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Phil and Hannah were absolutely wonderful! Their place is beautiful and cozy and felt right at home. Their place is very clean and the perfect size for a couple! I truly thank them for having a book with recommendations in the airbnb on things to do in the area and good food! I will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our time in the cabin! We loved having coffee and eating dinner on the deck. One of our favorite things was relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the creek. We would recommend this cabin to any couple looking for an intimate and peaceful getaway.

We loved the location of the Painter’s Cottage in the quiet, peaceful rolling farmland of Kidron. It is beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch rockers in the morning, playing cards around the kitchen table and relaxing in the living room. The host was very responsive and we were always well informed as to our stay-arrival and departure details. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again in the future! We highly recommend this host and home!

Host was very responsive in messages and helpful in any issues. Wifi was fast enough to use for streaming. Area was ok. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbor and around seemed to be doing renovations. There was also parts of the property that felt a bit like the landlord special. Cracks in the plaster of the ceilings, doors in poor shape, the shower door was crooked. Feels at some points that they stopped doing renovations for the property mid way through. If they finish renovation and clean up the areas it could be quite the property. Amenities all worked well, only had me and my guest so there was plenty of room to walk around in. Overall cause airbnb won't let me custom star 4.5/5.

This was our second time staying here and the cabin had been remodeled on the inside. It was great before, but the updates are beautiful! There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked every night and never were lacking in what we needed. And the property is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great place to stay! Very spacious, lots of great food and coffee options.. Patrice was always easy to reach and responded quickly if we had questions.

I can't say enough good things about Henry's place. I was visiting relatives who live in Wooster, but I grew up nearby and wanted to stay out in the country. Henry's tiny house was so pretty -- squeaky clean, thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed. Great use of space, too. It didn't feel tiny at all, just a lovely place to relax and chill after the hoopla of being with family! There was a great selection of snacks set out, and the guidebook and instructions weren't overly detailed. The bed was super comfortable. The firepit was nice and my only regret was that I couldn't spend more time and use it. The location was fine, particularly if visiting Kidron is high on your list. You can easily walk to all the stores and events from Henry's tiny house. It was quiet, but I thought it would be a little more remote location than it was. You will definitely need a car, though, if you're intending to see the other sights in Wayne county. Highly recommend, it's cool, cute, clean & comfy!
