The home was cozy and well furnished. There was ample seating for our group to gather and relax in the charming living room. The home has been remodeled and redecorated reflecting a very strong sense of design. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and new appliances. The beds were super comfortable and the linens/pillows all very luxurious. Peter responds to messages very promptly and is extremely accommodating. We all loved Peter's home and hope we have the opportunity to return at some point in the future. It was a great place to celebrate 70 years of friendship!

Frank went above and beyond to communicate check-in instructions, rules of the Air BnB, had all the thoughtful amenities for a slumbo! Definitely an ideal location for nicer weather with the location! Unfortunately the weather hindered the ability to fully enjoy this experience with the water so close! Would book again with better weather!!!

Darryl’s place is in a perfect location to easily walk around Beverly and with a car access Salem and the surrounding area. There’s also a train within walking distance and quick access to Boston. Darryl‘s place itself is definitely a home away from home with everything you need to be comfortable. Darryl himself is immediately responsive and has great local tips. Looking forward to staying again!

I was in town for a professional conference at the convention center. Location was perfect! Close enough for convenience, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the conference center area. Super gracious hosts; communicative and flexible. Simple but wonderful continental breakfast offerings. Loved the blueberry muffins! Overall, a very pleasant day. Thank you so much!

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again. Thank you Andrew & Madeline!

We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect—short walk to the cutest coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. The area was peaceful and the accommodations very clean and comfortable. There was everything we could need during our stay. The view of the harbor was a nice bonus too! Highly recommend!

My Neice and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location was so walkable that we didn’t use the car once during our stay. The apartment was adorably decorated for Christmas and the entire thing was very cozy. The beds and couch were comfortable, and we loved the provided waters and Christmas cocoa and candies! The bathroom soap smelled amazing, and we liked the provided bath items. 10/10 would recommend for anyone, and I plan on coming back with friends in the future! Our stay at this place plus the recommendations provided by Ryan really made the trip exceptional!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

The well named enchanted cottage was fabulous. We had a lovely stay, lucky with the weather. Easy reach of Boston on the train. Whole foods just down the road - I cooked in most evenings- as the kitchen had everything we needed. We sat out on the deck chairs and contemplated the Universe over a bottle of wine, watching the birds, squirrels and fall colours. We did a couple of day trips- Concord (loved the antique shops), the Nashoba Winery (get some of the Northern Comfort Apple, Cranberry and Maple Brandy…. Wish I’d bought two, it goes great with Mince Pies). We did the Union Oyster Bar in Boston and Legal Seafood (the oysters were amazing). I would highly recommend The Enchanted Cottage (very comfy beds).

This place was fantastic for my family. Our daughter claimed the master loft and we stayed on the super comfortable daybed. Super clean and had everything we could need. We had no issue finding on street parking and we were able to travel without moving our car for the duration of our stay due to the quick walk to the T and many Lyfts in the area. Kitchen/apartment were well stocked and the instructions were great. Quiet neighborhood, proximity to the airport was a non-issue as it's no more intrusive than city sounds. I highly recommend getting delivery from Ho Win Palace, the food was excellent. We will definitely book this for our next Boston stay.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!
