Perfectly located for families, directly across the road from the beach, two clubs and plenty of options for shops. The apartment complex had great amenities well maintained and the apartment was spotless on arrival. The permanent residents were all very friendly too

This was our third stay at Beachside on Twentieth - we love it! We will keep coming back. The apartment is across the road from great coffee and a short walk to the beach - the location is great. Pete and Leanne are great hosts with a great kitchen stocked with the essentials. I would highly recommend this apartment!

A very well appointed, contemporary apartment, within 50m or so of Front Creek and adjacent Main Beach. We were spoiled on arrival, with the fridge and pantry stocked with breakfast, plenty of games in the cupboard, and Internet and Netflix included. We were fortunate that the apartment next door was vacant so were permitted to use their undercover car parking spot as well as our own. The rate was very competitive compared to other options. Highly recommended if that's what you are looking for.

A great location- convenient to everything and a lovely view. Jan was very responsive and easy to deal with. The lady in LJ Hooker who we collected the keys from was not as pleasant unfortunately but that didn’t stop us from having a lovely time.

Amazing spot - sensational view of the surf and beach but also of the hinterland - a short walk to the strip for coffee and goods the choices of beaches or walks - or getting outta town to explore other areas .

Matariki is such a special place. We loved staying in this quiet garden oasis that’s still super close to beautiful beaches (Little Bay felt like a private beach! ). The apartment is cleverly designed so that it feels larger than what you see on the photos. Julie was a fantastic host whose welcome basket was superb. 😊 We also highly recommend hiring bikes, so fun being able to ride to everything. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stop in Sawtell on our Brisbane to Sydney road trip. Location was great, just across the road from the beach as well as some lovely cafes and restaurants. Easy drive to Coffs Harbour where we had dinner one night. The apartment was spacious, great beds and lovely veranda.

Great place for a big family, very well stocked with everything you possibly need in the kitchen and more. Lots of room for a large family get together. Lots and of toys and games to entertain everyone. We loved the washing the machine and dryer. Great location. Thank you Lyndon for hosting us.

Good location, isolated but not far from the town for what you need. The house has amazing landscape with stylish decoration. Cirilyn responses were quick and helpful.

Had an amazing time at the Mill Cottage. The house was perfect for our family. Amazing views to watch the sunrise and just relax. A beautiful home for the perfect getaway. Walking distance to the lagoon and beach on the boardwalk. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would love to go there again. I highly recommend it. Mark is extremely kind and helpful too :) The place was fit with everything. It all went so smoothly. Thanks so much Mark!

Nikita's place is an absolute gem, and we would highly recommend it as a place to go and relax as it feels like home without the "to do" list. We travel to South West Rocks at least annually and this is the first time we have booked an Airbnb. Our group, including the dogs, had a fantastic stay! The place is so modern with great amenities and thoughtful additions, it is walking distance to both the town and the beach, and there is a gorgeous walking track that runs just behind the property. We definitely hope to rebook in the future.

The apartment was close to all of Sawtel's amenities, beach and restaurants.

Aurora’s place was wonderful, it had everything we need and its a beautiful spot. Not far from the beach and grocery store. I recommend here place if your for leisure or work.

loved the place, was easy to find and get into, once we got up to the apartment the view was great, heaps of space too, tv was modern so we could watch YouTube and Netflix at night, cooking facilities were good, beds were super comfy, hot water worked great, water pressure was great 10/10 would stay here again

We have visited SWR many times and this time didn’t disappoint. The unit was within easy walking distance to everything and had all the amenities you could want. James and Soumah were very responsive and great hosts. Hope to be back next year.
