We really enjoyed staying and Adam’s place. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. It had floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Niagara River so there was a beautiful view at all times. We were fortunate enough that we saw an eagle sitting in the tree in front of the property scouting for its breakfast. Just beautiful. The hot tub was perfect as was the patio. When it was warm enough, we sat in the Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the view. The walking/bike path was just outside the home so you could walk along the river whenever you wanted. There was a grocery store within walking distance as well as several restaurants. It was very convenient. We would highly recommend this home. We will definitely come back next time we are in Buffalo.

Every corner of the place felt warm and welcoming, but what truly made our experience special was the host’s incredible kindness and hospitality. We felt genuinely cared for and completely at home. This house was exactly what we needed! We had a group of 6 for the weekend that was booked within only a couple of weeks of arriving. From booking to checking out, Alida was very responsive to any and all of our questions! This house allowed everyone some space when necessary and none of us felt like we were crowding one another. I would absolutely book with Alida again when I'm in the Rochester area!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy and comfortable. In fact my 11-year-old said it was the best sleep of his life away from home! It was the perfect space for our family of four. The kitchen is enormous and has everything you would need. The highlight is being right on the beach. Morning walks out on Irondequoit pier were private and peaceful. Kristin and Patrick were very kind and responsive when we had a few questions. I would definitely recommend this house for your next Rochester visit. I plan on returning!
