Vacation rentals with a patio in Waterford

Our stay was awesome. Amy and Owen were friendly, super responsive, and very helpful. They also helped us out with kids things and other items we needed, even brought us down sleds when it snowed for the kids to use. It was also very comfortable there and it had all the amenities we needed for a month long stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and tucked away but also close to everything and quick access to the highway. I felt like everything was a quick 5-10 minutes away if I wanted to go out and do something, try a restaurant, etc. The room was so comfortable, inviting and clean. I also loved the personal touches Gyasi takes for his guests. It made the stay that more memorable. He was very responsive and very accommodating. I would absolutely book there again when I am in the area. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. It was great.

We stayed here for one night and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. At first, we weren’t sure how to adjust the room temperature, but we figured it out quickly. Other than that, everything was perfect. The location is great —right across the street, there’s an interesting gallery and an antique shop worth visiting. Downtown is charming and everything is within walking distance.

I used to work cleaning air bnbs so I take an extra look at all they include and cleanliness I feel ,this one went above and beyond , very very clean bathroom with anything you needed if forgotten . Kitchen is nice but a little disappointed in the coffee maker it's a kurig but it over fills and doesn't work right it works but you have to watch it or it over fills and makes a mess even if put on small cup so it wasnt me messing up! Extra blankets , laundry detergent provided they really make sure they cover anything you might need all in all it was very nice and worth it , people upstairs don't make much noise so it's not an issue , parking is limited but with two cars we were happy greatplace nice stay very clean and thoughtful host

We were in town for a wedding and the 3 of us college friends had a great stay. The place was spacious, comfortable and cute. Easy to walk around the area and see the town. Hosts were easy to work with an very accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was just two blocks away from the metro in a walk-able neighborhood, so no need for a car. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very comfortable. Coffee, tea and even a few table top games were included. The mattresses are really firm but there are plush mattress toppers in each closet which made for a comfortable night's sleep. The master bath had a soaking tub which was wonderful since my visit was during some of the most frigid weather in this region. The t.v. remote included netflix, hulu, prime and one other option, so there were plenty of free and subscription streaming options...and was easy to use. The concierge was knowledgeable about the Airbnb properties and helpful with specific directions. The lobby had an Amazon locker, coffee station, conference room and a nice business center. I would definitely here stay again. It was a restful and pleasant stay.

Everything was good once we located it. I think the address provided was 13955 which is no such address. The actual was 13959, which we figured out on our own. Just cost us a little un-necessary running around that’s all. Otherwise it was a very nice place, quiet, and convenient.

This was a nice home in a great little neighborhood. The beds were incredibly comfortable and gave us all much needed rest. It's always nice knowing there is dedicated parking with the driveway, and having a washer and dryer and full kitchen available made it feel appropriate for the long stay we had originally planned. There are a TON of restaurants and necessities nearby. Communication was clear and consistent. An addition of a small desk somewhere near an outlet may be a future improvement they could pursue, and both of the bathrooms are located in the halls (so depending on the group you are traveling with, there is slightly less privacy than if the bathroom were inside the bedrooms), but otherwise the place was wonderful. We had actually booked a 3 week stay and after 2 nights had to deal with an emergency that interrupted our plans. The owner graciously changed our reservation and Airbnb approved issuing a refund. Would definitely book this location again if we're in this area!

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

A great, comfortable stay here for my family of 4! The house is very centrally located to the DC suburbs in Northern Virginia, as well as the city. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, plus a very responsive host. Thanks so much for having us!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house is beautifully decorated with something special and interesting in every room. We enjoyed the large porch and yard. The house was exactly as described. The location is perfect to tour the historic towns nearby and Harpers Ferry!

Our stay at Kaylin & Alex's was fabulous. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all of the little extras. We brought our pups so it was great to have a yard and park close by. We could tell from the photos that it would be helpful to bring a gate to fence off an open part in the yard. Location was very walkable and the driveway was a perk. We love Frederick and would love to stay at Kaylin & Alex's house again.

I loved Mike's Airbnb. My friend and I had everything we needed during our stay. Also the room with all the masks/heads was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the pool table too. The surroundings were beautiful as well. I'm hoping to come back during spring when the nature comes back to life. Thank you so much for hosting us!

William was so responsive and proactive. I booked this accomodation for my sister-in-law and myself while we were visiting a relative who lives in Warrenton. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel for health reasons but my sister-in-law was very pleased. She found the unit to be cozy, warm, welcoming and especially loved the amazing water pressure in the shower! My daughter who lives nearby and has had a lot of Air B&B experiences, also toured the unit and was impressed with the amenities and the location-walkable to old town, restaurants and shops. She is keeping it on the list for visiting friends and family. We really appreciate Williams flexibility when our plans changed slightly and all the great information about the weather and the area he provided. Thank you William for providing such a nice place to stay.

Laura’s place was clean, had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. The dog beds & dishes were the icing on the cake! Everyone enjoyed the stay!

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

Lovely apartment with many great restaurants nearby and within striking distance of DC.

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

I had a fantastic stay! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. I would absolutely recommend it to my friends. Plus, it's in Old Town Manassas, with plenty of great dining options nearby.

Taylor is a great host! 20mins before my son and I arrived she texted that the power went out in her neighborhood and she had checked in with the electric company and updated my on the estimated wait time. 1 hour later she had her husband drop off lots of candles a lighter and a huge cooler full of ice. ( I had just bought frozen and fold food ). she kept me updated the whole time, and even went above and beyond and refunded me half the nights rate in cash for the power being out for only about 3 hours. The house was beautifully decorated and squeaky clean. The kitchen had a nice selection of snacks that my kid loved, and a Keurig that I used every morning I was there. It was right across the street from a large shopping center with many store and restaurants. The place is 1 minute off I-81 and it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. 15/10 would stay again!
