Beautiful cottage looking out over the beach. Fabulous window seat for watching dog walkers and those brave enough to run from the sauna to the water! Great fish & chips at the local (renowned chipper) and some guilty treats from the Grounds Hatch! The birdwatcher of the group was in his element and even the teenagers chilled. Thanks to Trish for sharing her home and providing lots of recommendations! So happy guests all around with plans to return!

We had an amazing stay on the Hook Peninsula. The house was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with great walks and beaches nearby, and still just a short stroll to the village. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and friendly. We felt really well taken care of. There are so many lovely places to visit in the area, and we especially enjoyed dinner at The Hollow Bar—highly recommend the seafood chowder! Would absolutely stay here again. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences!

Donal’s log cabin was just beautiful. Although the weather was terrible while we were there - it didn’t dampen the stay we had. The log cabin itself is stunning, and had everything we needed. Donal was a brilliant host, checking in on us soon after we arrived to see if we were ok or needed anything. He gave us a lovely recommendation for a walk nearby in a wood/forest which was stunning. Lovely and safe for my dog too! He loved it. I’ll definitely be staying again!

Great stay at Cozie Corner in my mum’s hometown. Theresa was really friendly and helpful. The house was very comfortable and we felt at home. Parking was easy with a car park across the road. There’s also a really nice cafe/restaurant across the road. For coffee lovers - the coffee maker in Cozie Corner takes Tassimo pods.

A Little Piece of Heaven by the Sea We just returned from the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront house, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. The views of the sea are simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sea from the deck was pure magic. Inside, the house is just as impressive. Beautifully designed with all the modern comforts you could ask for, from a fully equipped kitchen to plush, cozy furnishings that made it feel like home (only better!). Every detail has been thought through, making it the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. It truly was a little piece of heaven, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect escape by the ocean, this is the place. Sean was also extremely helpful and friendly and available if you needed him. He went through everything with us. Clodagh your house is AMAZING.

We had a family trip with 3 kids and the house was brilliant. It was so central to cafes, restaurants and the beach. The views were great, the place was so spacious and even better than the pictures. I would recommend it! Ellen was very responsive and helpful too!

Stayed for 2 nights as a family - the location was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy to find and very safe, kids could play outside. We used the hotel leisure facilities , went for a walk on the beach, and overall just explored and relaxed. Keira's place was very homely and we ended up having dinner there rather than going to a restaurant as it was so comfortable. Will stay again, thanks Keira !

Loved this cleverly designed, cosy and calm haven situated right on the coast, on a quiet residential road. The sound of the waves has an incredibly relaxing effect and watching the sun rise over the sea from bed in the main bedroom is wonderful. Ruth was a great host, providing everything you could need for a cosy break away, including Netflix and a great selection of books.

What a beautiful hidden gem, in the most peaceful surroundings. I chose here as it was a short journey from family. We were not only welcomed by Cleos family but also little freddie the dog, who we looked forward to seeing each day. The place was pristine with everything we needed.
