Vacation rentals with a patio in Water Island

He's the best host! The location was great! The home was very comfortable and nice! I recommend your locations to anyone coming to St. Thomas. It's the place to be. The airport, grocery store, restaurants, and Lindberg Bay Beach are all about 5-7 minutes away. Priceless! It really felt like home away from home! Thank you, and I'll be back!

Monic was one of the best hosts I have ever had. The property was exceptionally prestigious. She ensured we had all the essentials, including coffee, beach supplies, and more, which truly enhanced our stay. Her thoughtfulness towards her guests was greatly appreciated. We really appreciated her.

Really enjoyed the accomodations, quite location, beautiful water view and easily accessible from airport and downtown Charlotte Amalie. It is convienent to both the West and South East ends of the Island. Only 15 minutes to Red Hook area which includes the Ferry services (both People Ferry and Car Ferry) to St. John.

Mayling did a great job giving us step by step instructions on how to find our rental. When we arrived we were impressed by how clean and well kept everything was. The bed was so comfortable (17 nights) and the linens and towels were top notch! We loved having a patio at the front and back of the property. Mayling was always quick to resond to our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! We hope to stay here again!

The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that made the experience truly enjoyable. Very quiet neighborhood. Authentic St. Thomas. 10-20 min drive to most places. The house was stocked with plentiful bath and beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen that had everything needed for cooking, and a Keurig for morning coffee. Hosts even left snacks & water bottles for our arrival! The cooler was incredibly handy for day trips, and the tub full of beach accessories and chairs made beach outings easier and more enjoyable. Even small conveniences like tissues being readily available showed how much attention was paid to guests’ needs. One important note for future guests: the driveway is quite steep and off an alley that was full of potholes, so I would highly recommend renting an SUV or a vehicle with four-wheel drive for ease of access. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and the hosts were incredibly helpful with recommendations

Darryl was extremely prompt, responsive and helpful. His apartment was tidy and the bath towels unbelievably white! Only negatives were dogs barking at night and the abandoned cars on the access road which has nothing to do with Darryl.

This is the most magical place I have ever stayed. It's the perfect balance of naturally beautiful/ tranquil and eclectic/cool artsy vibe. The host is so lovely and made us feel right at home while also being really great about respecting our privacy. The location is close to Cruz Bay (about a 15-minute drive) where you can easily find great restaurants and bars. And about a 5-10 minute stroll to a local beach and Chocolate Hole. At night, we walked up to the top of the hill, and the stars were incredible because the location was remote enough to have very little ambient light. I also have to give a shout out to the beautiful, vibrant wall murals and art. It really makes the space special. Would recommend this highly to anyone wanting to relax and reconnect in an absolutely stunning environment.

I’d recommend this stay! Andy’s home was immaculate. The deck was one of the best features, with a gorgeous view and comfortable seating. Close drive to downtown Cruz Bay restaurants. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Thomas was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, Harold went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. He personally picked us up from the airport and brought us to the house, which is perched on a stunning hill overlooking the harbor and cruise port. The views were breathtaking, and the location was simply perfect. At first, navigating the roads and geography can feel a bit tricky, but trust us—once you get the lay of the land, it all clicks. The home is in an ideal spot, offering both the convenience of walking into town and easy parking if you decide to rent a car. Don’t be intimidated by the hills and curves—just take your time and enjoy the ride. You’re only 15-20 minutes from just about anywhere you’d want to visit, and downtown is just a short trip away. This trip was a last-minute change after discovering our passports were expired, so we pivoted to an American island—and we couldn’t have made a better choice.

There were 5 couples in our group. We had adequate space and accommodations. Everything was as described and pictured. Very peaceful and comfortable. It was a great place to spend time with friends and create long lasting memories. A great time was had by all. A very nice place to stay during a stay in St Thomas. I will definitely contact Suzy for our next stay on the island. Thank you to all her staff and to everyone that helps keeps this beautiful home looking great.

Baron was extremely helpful whenever I needed something. They sent out the exact coordinates to the house so we never faced an issue with navigation. Linens were not as clean and good looking as I thought and the beds were not very comfortable but it did the job. Overall I recommend Baron's place for its price!

We were stunned when we walked into this beautiful home. The view is, likely, the best you can get in St Thomas. The outside area was equally as impressive as the yard is well maintained with flowers growing in the brightest colors. The home is split level, as described in the listing, but we were not aware the lower level would be occupied. This was not an issue and we had 100% privacy even though we originally thought we would have the entire home. The address to the home would not pull up in our GPS and we were arriving at night, making it difficult to identify landmarks of where to turn in the detailed instructions we were given on how to get there. I messaged the host and she immediately called me, remaining on the phone to ensure we arrived safely. The directions Pam provided us were precise and led us directly there the following day when it was not dark. So thankful for her quick response and patience! The drive is steep, but so are many roads in St. Thomas. Remarkable home

Nice residential setting. Beautiful pool and deck area with fantastic view. Very large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, screened in deck. Coolers, beach chairs and towels were available and most appreciated.

Here’s a fine-tuned version for your Airbnb review: This was our first visit to St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, and we weren’t initially sure about staying at an Airbnb. However, we were drawn to this property for its excellent accommodations and central location. While navigating there with Google Maps was a bit challenging, the host provided a detailed map that made it much easier. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and we loved every aspect of it. Everything was top-notch! We especially enjoyed walking up and down the hill to explore local restaurants—great food and a built-in workout! We highly recommend staying at The Ampersand and would love to return. Let me know if you’d like to tweak it further!

I had an incredible stay at this Jazmin's airbnb ! The place was spotless and perfectly located right by one of the best beaches on the island. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by providing a detailed guide to local attractions and restaurants, which made our trip even more enjoyable. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Ana was wonderful! She was prompt at responding when we needed her! The condo was amazing, incredibly convenient and had lots to do! We booked Adventures of Saltwater Taffy for a day charter, which is 100% worth it! The charters sit right outside the condo on the harbor. The restaurants near were incredible! We enjoyed the bar, pizza and Suni’s! We’ll definitely be back to Anas!

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen was very well stocked with spices, oils, vinegars and baking needs. Many left over containers with lids provided along with all.kinds of wraps(foil, baggies, cling wrap). Heidi and Erik were very responsive and flexible on our stay. They provided all kinds of snorkel gear and beach towels. The view was beautiful, but you are in the middle of the action. Restaurants and bars next door, and the beach gets very crowded. The pool was also a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the sun. Roosters and iguanas made lasting memories.

We love Sunset Villa! On the island, we are out & about all day so we don’t need much in the way of space/accommodations. David’s place does the trick! There’s no real way to cook/do dishes (a microwave/griddle/toaster/coffee maker/mini fridge) but that’s fine by us. A car is pretty much a must for the day & we were able to get taxis at night. The pool/clubhouse is a great option to have access to!

My wife and I had a great stay. The unit was large and very well appointed with great amenities! We had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen made it difficult to go out, to the two nice restaurants on the property. The only thing between the beach and the condo is beautiful pool area. We loved the beach, which is private, quiet, with great swimming and snorkeling. We visited some of the well-known beaches in the area but enjoyed the private beach just as well! There towels were plentiful and nice and fresh, and there was very nice snorkeling gear provided. The unit was squeaky clean, which we really appreciated.

What can I say? Carrie’s place was absolutely stunning! The views when you first enter are breathtaking! I traveled with my dad and daughter. The two master suites were perfect! This condo is spacious and looks exactly as described. Waking up to the ocean views and sounds of the waves crashing was so peaceful. Restaurants and things to do are nearby. You may want to rent a car because it can be more convenient if you like to venture out, sightsee and do others things besides excursions. Red Hook has amazing restaurants. Havensite is a nice for a little shopping. Carrie was responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I would recommend 10/10! Thank you, Carrie!
