Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Granville. We appreciated the minimalism, and had everything we needed.

Beautiful location and house amenities were exceptional. Host even had a welcome basket of goodies sitting out for our arrival. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms well appointed and the views spectacular. Close to lots of activities and restaurants Would definitely stay again

The views out the front of the house are beautiful, particularly this time of year. We also enjoyed a nice walk on the country road in front of the house. It is a short drive to downtown N Bennington, which has a great coffee shop and cute country store. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is also very quiet, very cozy and a place we would stay again.

Eric and Kim were very responsive to our questions. The home is well-appointed and cozy. It was easy to find, and we were able to park in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Pictures don’t do this location justice. Booked for our daughters wedding being held close by for relatives traveling and ourselves to be close to wedding. Would highly recommend for anyone looking in that area. They have thought of everything you could possibly need. We were out at events more than at the home and I honestly with we had done another day to enjoy some down time in the beautiful home. Owners and local property manager were wonderful at communicating and making sure everything was cared for (we had no concerns, but having contacts if there were any)

We had a great stay and the spot was perfect for our activities from Bolton Landing to Queensbury. Danielle was very responsive and friendly.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful backyard with peaceful views; the surrounding areas are full of lots of outdoor activity. Patrick was a kind and responsive host. Certainly recommend this stay for a couple looking for an R&R weekend getaway!

This apartment is amazing and in a truly spectacular location. We happened to be there at the height of fall color which was magical but the farm, the gardens, and views must be unbeatable any time of the year. Delia surprised us with a decadent assortment of vegetables from the farm, fresh eggs, local bread and apple butter, pancake mix, butter and syrup, s'more supplies, bottled water from Saratoga Springs, apples, snacks, coffee, oat milk and a tasty bottle of wine. It was by far the nicest welcome we have ever experienced and far beyond all expectations. The beds are very comfortable with nice linen sheets and soft, fluffy towels. The nods to M.S. make this already special place even more so. I am thankful to Delia for sharing this incredible place and can't wait to return again someday.

The games/bar area were such fun. Really nice layout that allowed privacy. Host was friendly and communicated perfectly. Soft,thick towels were a plus! It’s very comfortable and homey. Everyone was so pleased with the stay. We’re already making plans to come back.

Very cozy and tidy apartment, fully equipped with the enjoyable plus of fire sticks found as a lovely surprise to light a fire in the firepit. Ann was a very responsive host and is very clear that she cares about the guests stay.

We had a lovely stay! The house is quirky and fun. You get a real sense of how historic the town and house are. It’s important to note that the only shower is upstairs and the spiral stairs are somewhat steep. Mary Ann is a great host!
