Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Washington County

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from U of A and it was absolutely perfect! We were within minutes to my daughter’s duplex which was great and close to campus. Well stocked kitchen and every option of coffee was available, Nespresso, Keurig K-cup and pot. There were even pods and grounds for whichever option you wanted. More than enough towels and blankets which was much appreciated. This place is decorated so cute we loved every little detail and I may or may not have searched Amazon for items because I now feel like my house needs an overhaul lol. Joshua was fast to respond and we would 100% stay here again! Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

This was more than was expected when we walked in. The home was modern and spacious, very roomy, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The backyard was great for our two dogs and Sara even supplied us with dog bowls and bags. This is a great place to stay if you need something in the Springdale Ark area. Definitely recommend.

This was perfect for our family gathering for thanksgiving! 4 rooms having long beds was key, and the upstairs was very spacious for little to run around with lots of seating. The location was great! We’ll be looking into staying here again next time we visit!

I 100% recommend The Shalom Home! It’s near the university, close to restaurants, and stores. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which made it feel like home away from home.

We had the best weekend celebrating our daughter's engagement. The house was perfect for our group and everyone had something to do, regardless of age. We were greeted with a precious cupcake set up for our celebration. We would love to visit again and take advantage of all the outdoor activities when the weather is warmer.

What a fabulous and beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood. The backyard / patio area is a haven of privacy with a lot of room and an absolutely perfect pool/hot tub! I’ve never been to any place that was as prepared as Pamela’s place. Anything you may have forgotten or need is there! Drawers full of batteries and other little things that make a big difference! The fireplace is amazing and warm! Pamela was a very responsive host and was accommodating for the few needs asked while we were there! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed a great weekend at this property. The place was spacious, super clean and with tons of features and amenities. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The host was super proactive and communicate throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend and would book with them in the future.

It was wonderful and cozy! And the fact that it was only a 10 minute walk to basically anywhere around town made it the perfect place to stay.

Great spot to stay if you are looking for something very close to the university. It’s a downstairs “apartment” below a neat house.

If you want a nice, peaceful, clean place to stay in the heart of Fayetteville, you can't do better than this listing. All of downtown, Dickson Street and the University of Arkansas are within walking distance. We had a great stay and cannot recommend it more!

Easy, clean, fun time.

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Great location if you are looking to enjoy Dickson Street. Walkable to all U of A games and a great patio. Be prepared for noise at night due to nightlife on Dickson, but the bedroom is quieter. Great place and host is great.

Great place! Walkable to U of A and plenty of bars/restaurants. Host was very friendly and helpful. Place was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable. A couple of things to note… 1. You must be able to navigate stairs inside and out. 2. Bathtub might be difficult for some to get in and out. 3. Very convenient location near nightlife which was great for us. But even with earplugs, Friday night festivities made sleeping difficult for the lightest sleeper in our group. Great place for our first trip to Fayetteville!

Everything was perfect and this home is amazing! It is a great space and very comfortable. You feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Beautiful views from the patio, living room and bedroom. There are lots of things to do in the area that are within walking distance. And as great as the space is the hosts may be even better. Check-in/out is easy. The hosts provide clear, timely communications and are super friendly and responsive. Can't wait to book a return trip to this wonderful location.
