the home is incredibly unique and cozy. jill and matt were incredibly helpful and welcoming. i can tell they truly wanted us to have a wonderful time in their home. and the walkability to brighton is awesome!

This cabin is absolutely stunning. It's very peaceful and quiet with AMAZING views. Only 20 minutes from Heber, we definitely will be back next year! Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Not a single thing to complain about. 10/10 recommend!

Andrew’s cozy cottage was perfect for our family ski vacation! So close to the resorts and not too far to get to town or the airport. Andrew was also so nice to work with and was very helpful and proactive to communicate about the weather conditions and the impact it can have on driving. We loved the hot tub surrounded by the snowy trees! Everything at the cottage was wonderful! Made our vacation even more memorable! Thank you!!

We had an awesome family reunion here and it was excellent. They had firewood and fire starters and skewers for hot dogs and for marshmallows. The kitchen was super functional. We have VRBO’d cabins before and I’ve never had a refrigerator with an icemaker. That was super extra. They also have a drink fridge and a washer and dryer. Tons of towels. I could go on and on with how great this place is. The space is perfect for family games and the couches are so soft and amazing. Parking is great. Cons: the downstairs is slightly dank which is why they have a dehumidifier, which fixes the smell it’s hard to describe. It isn’t that bad. Another con is that they are definitely watching you on the cameras. My nephew brought his dog to the cabin (even though I told him not to) and within 15 minutes we got a message that no pets are allowed and could we please observe the rule. They are definitely monitoring you. I hope it’s only with the outside cameras. highly recommend this cabin.

This cabin is wonderful! The area felt secluded yet only 10 minutes away town. My family and I had a lovely time. It was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our Christmas getaway.

We were impressed with the feel of the cabin! Very cozy and had beautiful views, especially since it had just snowed the day we got there. There were plenty of entertaining options for adults and kids. It's a 15-20 minute drive if you want to go out to eat or need to go to a store, just FYI, but we planned for that and it wasn't a problem as we wanted to go somewhere remote and just relax in place. Would visit again!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and this house was everything and more that we could have asked for! Pictures don’t do it justice. House was clean and there was plenty of space for all 15 of us. The house had amenities of a hotel, but the comfort of someone’s home. We did have some trouble with the sauna and hot tub staying heated, but apart from that everything was fantastic. Hosts were organized and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!!

I had the most amazing stay. I went solo and took my motorcycle and had no problems. It was so secluded and quiet which was exactly what I needed. The cabin was completely updated, clean and beautiful. It made me want to cook, read, and do all the things I was hoping to do while there. The walk up to the river was enchanting. I moved a chair to the rivers edge and read. Bunnies and squirrels hopped around and I felt like I was in a fairytale! Jamie was responsive prior to booking and afterward. There were a few things I didn't pack and they cabin had them which was really nice. I want to come back in the winter when the snow is falling. I love the mountains and being at the base was so pretty and healed a piece of me.

Came here for our 5 year anniversary and it was the most beautiful, private, and luxurious little cabin!! The host was always quick to respond and flexible with our needs! 10/10 stay, already planning our next weekend here!!

We had a great time in Savana’s place. Very easy to get there, big garage, everything you need to cook!!! Several places inside to be in family very comfortable We were 13 and I think is the perfect number because of the number of bathrooms. The house has everything you need plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, tissue paper, soap, etc

This is probably my 4th stay, so needless to say I love this cabin. It is private, beautiful, peaceful, and cozy! The best getaway only 1 hour away from home. I love it here!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful paved walking paths. Quick Short drive to Sundance ski area. Or to bridal falls. Or 15-20min into Provo or Orem. Appreciated the garage when it snowed. Loved the record player w great speakers with some classics. 2nd floor had a comfy warm and inviting couch. Nice little balcony overlooking the stream. Beautiful kitchen counter tops and all needed cooking and dishes. The height of the counters was fine for my 6ft tall Son but I appreciated the stool to be able to reach into the cabinets. 3rd floor was a delightful master bedroom with a hot shower! Very comfy. There is a ladder to pull down for a loft that was cute. The other bedroom had a queen and triple bunk bed. Lots of room. Very clean. Very nice. Surrounded by mountains through every window. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys that roam the neighborhood in the early morning hrs. The outside patio w the stream was my favorite. Highly recommend!

Location was amazing! Woke up to majestic Mountain View’s and minutes from the slopes. Anthony was a great host and I would love to stay here again next year. Highly recommend.

Emily’s place was the perfect spot for our Utah getaway! We loved sitting outside on the deck, listening to the river, and enjoying the amazing mountain views. Emily’s place was in a prime location with a scenic walking trail right outside the neighborhood. We will definitely be back when we visit Utah again!

Wow! Magnificent views and an incredible home! This place shows true pride of ownership and provides the space needed for large family gatherings.This is a special home that feels spacious yet cozy and warm. Our large family of 15 celebrated the holidays here and could not have chose a better home to celebrate in as everything was provided including games and sleds for kids. If you are blessed to be able to stay here you will not be disappointed..this place is a real gem.

Great stay. Loved the house, close to trails and downtown Park City. Extremely well cleaned. One word to the wise - the parking situation is serious. There is only room for one car in the houses parking space. If you came with two cars in the winter you would be in trouble!
