Beachfront vacation rentals in Wasaga Beach

Christine & Rebecca are amazing hosts. Our group experienced some freezing rain during our stay which caused power outage. They were very communicative and considerate with our issues, offering a partial refund. Not only did they communicate well, but even after checkout, they were willing to help support our case to get a refund with Airbnb fees. For the cottage itself, it checked all of our boxes: lakefront view; pool table; hot tub; a private area (there were some neighbours but pretty far away); and plenty of beds that almost everyone in the group had their own to sleep on. I think the pictures don't do justice. The rooms in cottage are larger than what the pictures make it out to be. The hot tub was nice and warm. I can only imagine how fun the place would be in the Spring and Summer with the kayaks. This cottage is cozy and has "summer camp" vibes; this is perfect if that's what your after. I highly recommend booking here!

Even with a series of unfortunate weather events the stay was great! Do and family are responsive and kind and the place was fantastic! We will be back!

We had a great stay at the cottage. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Sandra was very responsive which was very helpful. Lots of ski and snowshoeing opportunities around in the winter, definitely worth the experience!

We stayed an extended long weekend in winter in March (winter). It was a fabulous getaway. The place was clean, bright, open, and airy. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and lake view. Kris was easy to communicate with and happy to help while we were there. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Kenneth's spacious penthouse in Barrie, Ontario. The space featured two bedrooms, a luxurious sauna and massage room, a huge bathroom, dining room and an amazing living area. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to get creative and prepare delicious meals. Lots of windows offering great light. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. In fact, we were having such a wonderful getaway we decided to extend it by an additional night. Be sure to enjoy at least 1 or 2 meals at the Farmhouse Restaurant. The food is fabulous, the service is excellent, and the location simply can't be beat. Thank you for providing us with such a fantastic experience. We're already looking forward to visiting again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic condo in Friday Harbour, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that took our breath away. The condo itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and evenings watching the sunset over the harbor. The location of the condo is unbeatable. Just a short walk to charming local shops, restaurants, and the marina, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Overall, our stay at this condo in Friday Harbour was exceptional. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought and care into creating a perfect retreat. If you’re looking for a memorable getaway, this place should be at the top of your list!

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

I recently stayed at Nicole’s Airbnb for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nicole was a wonderful host, responding quickly to any questions and offering helpful recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s rest. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely rent from Nicole again. My stay at Bakraam’s place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The home was spotless, cozy, and just as described—if not better! Being so close to the beach and nearby attractions made the location perfect for both relaxation and exploring. Bakraam was an exceptional host. He personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us arrange the BBQ, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, he went out of his way to shovel the snow, ensuring the area was safe and hazard-free—such a thoughtful touch! I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with a top-notch host, this is the place to book. I’ll definitely be returning

My habbit is to check the reviews if it's available before i book or buy something. I booked the cottage at Airbnb because it's the highest rating, everything is accurate as the description, wifi signal is great for 10 guest, big play room, water is supplied by the city which makes the bulk cooking and showering more easier and quicker. Very warm stay in the winter time. The out windows view is great, easy access to the lake, so it will be much better for the summer stay. The host is very nice, fast response whenever I have a question. I will introduce to my friends if they need the stay around this area.

Erika and David were great with communication and very friendly. The purpose of our trip was for my husband's mother's celebration of life and we were happy we had a space of our own that was close to the celebration of life. Thank you for making a sad thing be more positive Erika and David.

Maria and Gus were wonderful hosts, and we really enjoyed our stay at their cottage. They were very responsive and addressed all our concerns. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including dishes, utensils, towels, and even extra toothbrushes in case we forgot to bring our own! The view of the lake from the back of the cottage was incredible!

Great vacation for the family, we enjoyed everything even though it was Winter! Very private neighborhood and amazing location! P.S Hot tub and sauna were the best (so relaxing) 😎

The place was spacious and very close to the walk by the water. Brian left clear instructions on checking in and how to use the hot tub. Overall a great weekend getaway for the family :)

Wendy’s place was perfect. The lake house is newly renovated and has a large kitchen, many seating areas and high ceilings with natural light. The beach is peaceful and water crystal clear. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s heaven in Ontario. Wendy was an excellent host. We can’t wait to be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
