Vacation rentals with breakfast in Warrnambool City

A wonderfully private, secret location, upon arrival met by Lea, who was a very happy easy going style person who immediately made us feel comfortable. Peter arrived shortly after and again a very easy going, down to earth person who was easy to talk with. They impressed that they were available at anytime if we needed. Follow up on the day of leaving was excellent with clear messages.. we have no doubt that we will visit again.

Perfect house, perfect location and perfect hosts. The pics don't show how amazing this place is. Great value and lots of little extras that made us feel special and welcome. We loved it and will definitely return. Thanks so much! Cheers Ryan and Leonie

We completely enjoyed our stay at Anne-Maree’s, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was evident that Anne Maree takes great pride in her home and enjoys all that is beautiful and elegant. Even our 10-month old had the best sleep at Anne’s, it was so peaceful and the bed so comfortable for her day naps. We are hoping to come back again and stay longer as we were pleasantly surprised by how relaxing and enjoyable Warrnambool is… there’s more to her than the hot pools.

Lynn's place was ideal for our stay. Close to town and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Even though at work all day, it was always good to come back at the end of the day knowing we can just chill out in comfort and peace.

We had a lovely time staying at Ninni’s place. Ninni was a great host who was responsive and had lots of local recommendations for us. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Nice nearby walks for our dog. Thank you Ninni!

The house is Francophile quirky. It would be easy to spend half a day exploring the many rooms holding Lana’s antique collectables - really quite fascinating 🧐!!! We found Warrnambool to be the perfect base for exploring east and west along the limestone coast. Flagstaff Hill maritime museum and village is also well worth a visit. A very enjoyable visit!!!

A unique beautiful property! Ben and I loved exploring the gardens and relaxing at this beautiful property. Good amenities to make and enjoy meals . Very friendly cat and dog . Very generous breakfast and welcoming touches! Thank you very much Annette and Paul!
