Vacation rentals with breakfast in Warrnambool

One of the best short stay accommodations my family have stayed in. Comfortable, clean, felt like home and extremely well equipped with everything you could want or need. Very well thought out, accomadating and a great deal on price! Leanne is a fantastic warm and professional host who was very welcoming with great prompt communication. A really beautiful place for singles, couples, families or people with pets. My family will definitely be back in the future and cannot recommend this property more. Thanks for having us Leanne 😊

We had a lovely night at Tracey's. The room is very comfortable with a nice big bed and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Tracey was a lovely host always happy to help and very friendly. Thank you would come again :)

Beautiful house with everything you need. Great for families. It was only my partner and I so a bit to big but no complaints. Great location too. Would recommend to others.

Carmel is such a nice person and stayed late for us. We enjoyed the beautiful night sky full of stars and seaside view the next morning. Had a great breakie and I loved the homemade shortbread biscuits and jam. Also enjoyed the talk with Carmel while she gave us some advice on exploring the beach and Tower Hill. Till the next time!

Mick & Loretos house is something out of a dream. I would rank it up there with any 5 star luxury hotel. From beautiful surroundings to well maintained gardens to how well the house is internally decorated and furnished is top notch. I had the opportunity to have a brief chat with Loreto before she drove off to her daughters for the night. Very friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very proactive showing me where everything in the house was. My 13 month old Chloe had a ball with their cat Bindi as we relaxed into the night. The only regret we have is that we only spent 1 night there. You truly need few nights therr to truly appreciate its beauty and serinity. 40-50 minutes from great ocean rd. Well worth the drive though. Thanks Mick & Loreto. We definitely hope to return.

What a special place. The best AirBnB we have stayed in. for a long while. Everything a couple or individual needs and more making our stay enjoyable and memorable. Very, very nice touches plus more than ample breakfast provisions. Liza went the 'extra mile' helping us with local information. We had the most amazing stay in Warrnambool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We stayed at Annette’s place as part our trip to the Great Ocean Road and it was one of best decisions we made for the trip! Annette’s place was perfect for a pit-stop - easy to find, cozy, and perfect for families with kids. What stood out for me was that Annette took pains to make we’re right at home, from the personalized greeting at the property, to just about everything you need to fix up a quick meal including bread/rice, eggs, bacon, milk and juice. Annette is super responsive and her instructions were crystal clear. We will definitely stay with her again if we’re back in the future.

Joanne's place was a lovely stop over after the great Ocean road. clean, peaceful and relaxing. Provided bread and jam so we didn't have to go to the shops for breakfast. Great stay!

Our first Airbnb with the hosts on the premises, and it was a positive experience. Suzi and Will definitely gave us our own space and were very welcoming to our family and children. Generous breakfast provisions were provided. The property is really something to behold, with a large, lush garden and a peaceful, bucolic view out the back. We enjoyed exploring the property, and it was a short drive to Port Fairy. Killarney beach itself was also very nice. Overall we had a lovely couple of days here and would gladly visit again!

Room was lovely and had everything we needed and more! The bed was very comfortable and warm. The fridge was stocked with local ingredients for bacon and eggs which was a very nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!! The location was great and close to everything in town. Thanks for a great weekend!

Heytesbury House is a stunning period home with immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with amazing options. Kathryn and Andrew are wonderful hosts who take enormous pride in their property and make your stay as relaxing and welcoming as possible. Very highly recommend Heytesbury House! 5 star stay!

This place was very lovely in a historic house. The gardens were peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on their veranda listening to the rain. Karen and John were excellent hosts. They provided a hearty breakfast which we enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Although we stayed for only one night the place was perfect!!!And the food excellent!!!For sure we will be back!!

We felt truly pampered. We had delicious afternoon tea with homemade apple slice on arrival. We had a wonderful choice of continental/english breakfast which was very tasty. There was herbal tea selection, bathroom and kitchen necessities, port, filtered tank water. The accommodation was quiet, extremely clean and beautifully built. We slept comfortably. Our hostess helped us with travel and tour info. I could have stayed much longer in beautiful Warrnambool!
