Vacation rentals with beach access in Warren

Phenomenal host, would definitely recommend to anyone staying down in the Newport/ Middletown area!!!

Alice’s home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a short weekend in Middletown. It was an easy, 20 minute walk to the beaches and infamous cliff walk while also being so close to restaurants and shops. She was also so communicative and accommodating.

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.

We enjoyed our stay at Monica & TJ's AirBnB and we were very impressed walking into a comfortable, modern welcoming home with everything we could ever need for our three week stay here. We appreciated the extra little things they would bring or do for us and we felt welcomed and safe during our long stay. We were here for a time being until we found a permanent residence but, we would certainly come back to stay for a vacation to enjoy the beautiful location by the water.

We rented Doroto and Liam's Airbnb while in Newport for a wedding. Since we were traveling with our 4 month old, we loved the baby friendly amenities and the neighborhood being walkable and quiet. It's super close to downtown - only a 5 minute drive. The place is just as described and we loved our stay!

Michael’s Airbnb was amazing. He thought of everything we could possibly need and more. Wonderful wine/snack basket. Plenty of towels & blankets. Fully stocked kitchen.

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was clean which is extremely important to me. We were walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to downtown Newport. They were responsive hosts and had everything you need when staying somewhere (a steamer, blowdryer, dish soap, extra towels, etc). The Airbnb was extremely spacious and the beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms and plenty of mirrors throughout the house which made it easy for all the girls to get ready at the same time. The outdoor amenities were so nice every night. Their instructions were clear of everything we needed and easy to find things in the house (trash bags, tissues, etc) . An amazing low stress weekend. Very highly recommend staying here.

Teri's place was as described and perfect for our large group of 11. It easily handled the parking and sleeping requirements we had. It was a short drive to tons of great restaurants and stores, and 10 minutes to the beach. It also had a nice "riverfront" beach in the neighborhood. It was clean and fully stocked. Teri is was on point with all communications. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a lovely home, on Clark's Cove peninsula, in "The Whaling City"! All amenities are included, & it's just steps away from the beach & historic Hazelwood Park! Also, the deck faces west, so there are magnificent sunsets every evening! We really enjoyed our stay here, & we're spreading the word amongst family & friends!

This Airbnb was the perfect choice for our stay. We were using it for the weekend since our best friend was graduating OCS. It was perfect being about 10-15 minutes down the road. First the home was exactly like the photos with ease of access. We didn’t need to get any level of house supplies like stays I have before. Everything was clean and organized with extras if needed. The host was very responsive with great communication. I missed one of the rules with street parking and they help us have another location to store our extra cars with no worries. The stay was comfortable with no issues at all and no complaints. If I’m ever back in the city this is where I will be staying 100%.

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location! House has everything you need for your home away from home. Clean and the best home if you are bringing your dog!! Fenced in yard and even a dog dish if you forget to pack your dogs. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

If you’re looking for a spot to stay in Narragansett this would be it. Right near the beach and ferry.

Was very walkable to everything on Thames . Could park your car and walk everywhere . Was very convenient

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

The apartment is lovely, and was a perfect cozy stay for us for the Christmas holiday. The neighborhood is charming. Firas was a responsive and communicative host. Highly recommend!

Mark was a great host. The cozy cottage was next to the ocean and there's a beach in walking distance. The cottage itself had the rustic charm I remember from the trips we made to the coast when I was a kid in the seventies.

Phil’s place is lovely. It gives a quaint fishingman’s home feel with modern appliances and a neat finish. It’s right in the middle of downtown New Bedford. My family came in from out of town and it perfectly fit my parents and grandma. I had the unfortunate experience of my other Airbnb canceling last minute and Phil’s place was available. I’m so grateful that Phil’s Airbnb was open and in a perfect location with gorgeous amenities. Thanks Phil!

Great place. Slept great. Lots of space-great dinning room table for games!
