First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

This is a cozy camper, sitting in our back yard facing our country wooded property, very quiet. Very nice view of the woods. Very nice area for a fire to sit around. No winter rentals. About 7 miles from Chautauqua institution, 2 miles from Chautauqua lake and 5 miles midway park. 8 miles from Lake Erie and wineries, 9 miles from lily dale. Check out our other campers as well.

We stayed here for four days over Christmas. I the location was great and the snow and ice covered lake added to the festive vibes. We really appreciated that there was even a Christmas tree set up in the house. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in town.

We had a great time at Sara's place. Our kids, aged 7 and 10, particularly loved the swing, biking to the park, and playing in the spacious yard. We did a lot of cooking and were grateful that the kitchen was well-equipped, the dining table could accommodate all of us, and that Wegmans was nearby. We hope to come back soon!

The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home . The house was spotless and very accommodating for our needs . The beds were great and the living room area warm and comfortable. The kitchen area is huge and plenty of seating at the table / counter space . The area was close enough to slopes and town . Beautiful view from back windows . Joseph , the host, is the best by far we have encountered. He is friendly, communicative and we appreciated his flexibility for us . We look very much forward to returning to Joseph’s home ! GG was a great host. She communicated very well at our booking and check in. There was a small issue with the check in instructions but she was in such good communication that it was resolved within 1 minute. A crib was not listed on the available items for the rental but on inquiring she was able to provide one and it worked out great for our month old baby to sleep in. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The living area is very spacious and open to the kitchen and eating space. I like to sleep with it cold and the air conditioner units worked great for cooling the individual rooms.
