Beachfront vacation rentals in Warnemunde-Hafen

A different place to stay, I thought to myself when I discovered the possibility. Breakfast in the boat's living room is great. If the sun is smiling in the morning, the day can only be good. And at full moon, the beer tastes especially good in the glass living room. It is also a clear recommendation from my side! **Host** - Sandro is the host you want (very personable, nice & thoughtful). - Inquiries were answered quickly & optimally at all times. **Location of the boat** - Berth pleasantly quiet! - Think about the luggage because of the way to the boat - Otherwise, everything is easily accessible nearby **Sanitary facilities** - PIN code access - Very clean and well-maintained - Hot showers incl. **Parking** - In short: We want paying guests! - Free parking in Kühlungsborn can be found on "Grüner Weg" - The nearest parking (Doberaner Str.) is only free for 2 hours! (Signage currently hidden by construction traffic lights!) Bicycle use is worth it! (also for luggage transport)

Hans' place was lovely and perfect for a peaceful New Year (no fireworks to be heard close enough to disturb our night). The house is cozy and has everything you need; the kitchen and utensils are the best I have encountered in all Airbnbs I have stayed in. The garden is big and the view of the lake is wonderful. One can spend a long time watching the birds in the lake. One point to notice from the garden in case you visit with dogs is that there is no fence between the neighbor's house and this one. The surroundings are also stunning. We loved walking to the archeological sites and exploring the nature around us, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay close to nature and enjoy a more quiet vacation.

We spent a week of family vacation in Kati's apartment in September 2024 on short notice. Communication was very quick, friendly, and easy. Arrival was flexible by arrangement thanks to the existing key safe. We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation, the pictures give a good impression. Equipment with necessary and useful items is also extensively available, we did not miss anything during our stay. A highlight was also the small apartment's own sauna. The area is beautiful and was very quiet at the time of our stay, despite the RV campsite and small bar right next door, so you could also sleep easily with the window open (also thanks to the fly screens that were fortunately available). During the day, we almost always visited the actual Baltic Sea coast instead of the Bodden coast; by car you are spoiled for choice of accessible swimming and hiking places. We would be happy to recommend it!

Gladly again! The place was clear and check-in was easy and flexible. Alexandra then greeted us personally later and clarified all questions. The apartment has been very cozy and clean. We had nothing to complain about and the space was also sufficient for the 3 of us. For our son, enough employment was negotiating in the form of toys,etc. The location directly on the beach was perfect and it was also not far to Rostock. We couldn't use our little garden because of the weather, but it looked cute. Alex and her family were always available and very friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of fun We will be happy to come back.

We were 6 people, 4 adults and 2 small kids. The house is perfect for a beach holiday. The house is located on a quiet side street and has parking and a small garden (incl. Beach chair). The decor is new, very tasteful and homely- just great to feel completely comfortable. We will come back for sure.

Our stay was great. The location of the apartment was super central. In a few minutes you were at the beach, at the harbor, at the bakery and much more. Parking on site was somewhat difficult, but we were informed about it in advance and were able to arrange it accordingly. The place itself was also very good, the other tenants or temporary residents (of course we don't know exactly) very friendly. We are very satisfied and would definitely like to come back.

Unfortunately, our short vacation is already over. Everything was great. Also ideal for a trip with a dog. The direct Beach access to the beautiful wide beach and also the large garden was great when you didn't wanted to go to the beach. We felt very comfortable with Uta and would be happy to come back. The place is very nicely located - only 1 min. from the beach. Bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, climbing forest are in walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos very nice and furnished to a high standard. We had a very nice time!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything was very clean and well equipped. The contact with the host was super friendly and straightforward. The small bookcase and the toys for our children were an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back!

Very nicely furnished apartment. The location right on the beach is great and we were able to do a lot (Heiligendamm, Gespensterwald, etc.). Communication with Uwe was also great! We can definitely recommend the apartment!

Very nice, spacious house - you are fixed on the beach - 3 bathrooms: a luxury! - Kitchen appliances are of high quality - kitchen could be a bit better equipped for cooking - the large living-dining kitchen on the ground floor is a dream - all in all highly recommended!

There were four of us staying here for a week. The apartment is very nicely decorated. The bathroom and kitchen had everything you could ever need. We highly recommend this apartment!

We felt comfortable at the place from the beginning! This has exclusive amenities with everything you need in everyday life. Even for the little ones, a lot is available and everything has been planned with attention to detail. The provision of all information and communication was excellent. We'd love to come back and highly recommend these cozily furnished houses!

Apartment 8 is very nicely decorated, also with small details that make you think of a vacation. I've also never found such a clean apartment! :) The amenities of both bedrooms are great, beds super comfortable. The rain shower in the bathroom tempts you to shower longer :) The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The living room, like the rest of the apartment, is very tastefully decorated and offers a fireplace for romantic hours. The new sofa (you can tell it's new) is very chic. For a cozy evening, I would recommend a few extra pillows to bridge the gap. Each room is adjustable with a thermostat, definitely a plus. As for the location, the beach is right outside the door, you can walk to everything. I can only recommend renting here, we will definitely be back!

Felt right at home! The location truly is amazing. Right behind the dunes! 2min walk to the beach. The house is as described. Pictures are accurate. We loved the backyard, used the charcoal grill a few times, loved our morning coffee in the Strandkorb, and just enjoyed that deck! The house has everything you need and even includes firewood for the indoor fire place. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee machine. You also get a washer, dryer, and an indoor sauna. Even linens are included which is not a given in a lot of other German rentals. All in all very impressed to find this luxurious home. The guestbook speaks for itself! Hoping to be back!!

We took our toddler and the 80-year-old grandparents and everybody had a wonderful stay. The place is pretty & charming, well equipped & conveniently located to everything there is to do in Wieck. Great communication with Karen all the way through. Would definitely love to come back some day!

Simone is a great hostess! She gave us a lot of information on what to see nearby and which restaurants are good. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. But that can happen and Simone tried to find a solution as soon as possible and without restricting us. Since we went out to eat a lot (thanks to the recommendations!), that was no problem for us.
