Nigel and Jos place at Mooloolaba was in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything you could want. The facilities were fantastic and the apartment had everything you may need to cook at home as well as do your own laundry. We had a fantastic time and hope to return again soon.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Coolum Beach. It is opposite the patrolled beach, close to restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to the main shopping street and there are plenty of opportunities to treat yourself with some retail therapy. Dave is an amazing host and his apartment is very quiet and has ocean views from the balcony. The apartment is spacious, clean and well kept. It is equipped with everything you need and Dave is very responsive if you need assistance. The apartment has secure under building parking and can accept large vehicles. Coolum Beach is a broad sandy beach and perfect for that typical Aussie beach holiday. I have stayed at numerous Airbnb stays in the Coolum Beach area and Dave's apartment is the best so far. I will certainly be back. Thanks Dave.

My partner and I had a great 5 night stay at Manny’s apartment. We were looking for a quiet comfortable place with a nice pool and proximity to the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the pool and you can be on the apartment balcony and feel like you are poolside. The apartment was clean and homely and had everything we needed. Air con excellent. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen is a little tired but this was not an issue for us. Thank you Manny and team.

Loved the apartment! Great spot for kids and families. The layout of the house was perfect for us (two couples) and it was well stocked with all the things we could need. Will be coming back.

It’s an amazing place to stay in Noosa. Close to the beach, and mostly junction with its restaurants and bars. The appartement is very pratical, super clean and lovely! Big bedrooms and living room. I would recommend it 100%.

Maurice and Michelle were very hospitable, everything was communicated perfectly and the unit was very cute and pooch-friendly. There were even little choccies in the fridge that my kids found immediately! Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay in the little red barn. The pool was especially great. It was a good size and at the end of the day the temperature in the pool was nice and warm.

Our stay at Suzi's place was wonderful! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the hospitality and kindness extended by Suzi and her husband. They went above and beyond, even taking the bins out for us, which was such a nice gesture. The location was fantastic-close to everything we needed, making it convenient and enjoyable for us and the boys. Thank you, Suzi, for letting us extend our stay. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I was on an annual work trip and in need of a longer term base, Fourth Ave Caloundra was excellent for this purpose. The property had everything you could possibly need. And it was absolutely immaculate. Beautifully presented. Clean and comfy. Wonderful neighbours in Unit 1 who helped with anything I needed during my stay. I felt safe and secure there. The accommodation was very highly priced so I had to move locations when school holidays came along again, but all in all it was a lovely Sunny Coast chapter in Caloundra and I am very grateful to have had the experience.

Beautiful place in very walkable area of Moffat Beach. Deep backyard - very relaxing place to holiday with your pet. Lovely light coastal decor, well equipped kitchen, light breezy and comfortable ambience, refreshing pool and outdoor area.

Rachael’s place was exactly as it looked, so light and airy. Super comfy beds and a great balcony overlooking the main pool. Such a bonus that beach towels, beach chairs and a tent are provided for use. Great value for money! We were on the tail end of schoolies at the resort, but you wouldn’t have known it, there was next to no noise during the day and early evening from any of the schoolies staying. Will definitely come back, such a great location within walking distance of all you need.

A lovely little spot to have an enjoyable stay at Noosa , a 10 minute walk to the main beach which was so easy and we love the outdoor barbecue that we could use within the premises a very good budget friendly stay thank you for the late check out as well

Great location with the shopping centre on one side and beach on the other. Beds super comfortable. Pool was fantastic especially with the rainy weather.

Easy to check in, Gus was very friendly and welcoming on arrival. We had a lovely stay and the location is incredible - close to surf patrol beach, surf club, lots of coffee shops and incredible restaurants. Thank you Gus!

Beautiful home, attentive host, great place to stay

My friend and l had a fabulous week at Mel’s apartment. It was clean, spacious and one of the best equipped Airbnbs l have stayed. The view from the balcony was amazing- better that the pics show! Even though we didn’t meet Mel, the communication was fantastic from the initial enquiry, right up to our checkout. The location was perfect for us! A short walk to Noosa Junction and Hastings street, and not too far to walk to the stunning National Park! I love Noosa and would highly recommend this beautiful apartment to enjoy the beauty of Noosa. I would give it 6 stars if l could! Thankyou Mel!
