Sally is one of the best host ever. Kind, responsive, helpful. Her place is clean and tidy with the essentials you need. Location is good. Quiet/ peaceful. Lots of restaurant nearby, family mart; 7-11, shopping area, night market and few minutes walk to MRT. Very convenient. Should there be an opportunity for us to visit Taiwan again, we will definitely book at her place again. So worth it! Thank you Sally and Amy❤️

Even though we did not have a face to face handover during the check in process due to us arriving at night, host and his team were responsive to any questions we had. the location is great, short walk to ximending shopping district! the place is clean and as described! I also love how they had a big bottle of water (5L I presumed) prepared for us. Tim's place is definitely worth the money and would definitely recommend anyone who come across his listing to book it!

It's a 5-7 minute walk from Simeon Station, so it's easy to get around and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The accommodation is also very quiet. The host is very friendly and responsive. Thank you for letting me know about the many nearby restaurants. 😁 It was a fun trip to Taiwan.

This was our first family trip in Taiwan and it was made even better with this unit. This was probably the biggest and cleanest apartments we’ve ever stayed at. The hosts are proactive and responsive to my queries. Everything looks the same on the photo and in person. In fact, it’s even waaaay better in person. It’s literally a minute walk from the MRT and a family mart nearby. If I’ll be back in Taiwan, I will stay again in this unit.

Fantastic space, though the building is a little old. However, the room is well maintained, and met with friendly neighbourhood. Very easy to travel to Beimen station with my two big luggages, and also Ximen area is walkable too. Have great days spent.

The host is extremely responsive with a <10 minute response time. They answered any of my worries sincerely. They also provide local recommendations, very clear instructions on how to get to the room from ximending MRT, and proof shots of the clean house before you check in. The room itself is also very nice~ The bed and pillows were comfortable and made our stay nice. There is a good washing machine that dries ur clothes and a steamer that unwrinkles any of your clothes (my fav part of the room). Although we were worried about the smoke smell due to other reviews, there was no smoke smell to be found even outside on the balcony! There even is an air purifier so my usual morning dust allergies didnt act up. The only bad thing was that the ceiling was low and my hand would hit it when i was stretching (im 172 cm), especially in the shower. The water heater also alternates between hot and cold very fast with little in between but it wasnt so bad that it affected my stay! 10/10 recco

- self check in, with complete instructions provided days before our arrival - place is the same with the picture: amenities, facilities - complete amenties for all of us, such as toiletries - comfortable bed - responsive and accommodating host + provided food recommendations - with friendly driver for airport pick up and drop off (I even had a mistake in writing the form to avail the service, yet they accommodated us) **commendable and highly recommended! - well working aircon, warm shower, placement of lights - convenient. with elevator to help us easily go to and from the room (not also crowded, no queuing for the elevator use even if the room is in the 7th floor) - accessible to most shops. also walking distance from Ximen station

It was in a good location for a family trip, and it was relatively clean, and it was nice that all rooms could be heated. There were many restaurants nearby, so it wasn't difficult to eat, and there were two Carrefour within walking distance, so it was good for shopping.

This time staying at Amanda's house was very comfortable, the location is moderate, close to Shi-men Ting, although the room is not too big, but it is fully equipped, matches the photos, has a large balcony, well-lit, and a nice view, and Amanda is a good host, very friendly, amiable, and kind, like family, next time I come to Taiwan to play, I will choose Amanda's house.

Been to Max's place since 2017. Finally came back to Taipei, decided to book XMD area again. Purposely booked Max's home because I know the distance is always very accessible to train station and XMD shopping area. Clear instructions and friendly host and always giving me good local recommendation when I asked for it. Definitely going to book Max's home when I am back in Taipei. And my boys love the bedding so much.

When I was really looking for a place to stay, I saw at least 200 places, never a single bug, and I booked a place with cleanliness first, and this accommodation was a good value while meeting the standards. First of all, there were a lot of advantages, which are as follows. 1. No bugs 2. The accommodation was very clean (especially the bedding was so clean, and the other toilets, tables, and chairs were clean.) 3. It is near Ximen Station (7 minutes on foot, and Ximending Night Market is also nearby, so the accessibility was good.) 4. It was nice to have extras such as a capsule coffee machine. 5. Very responsive and friendly The honest thing about the accommodation was a little disappointing because I was three men, so it was okay, but if 4 people use the accommodation, it may be a little narrow.(I don't think everyone can live with their luggage open.) When you enter the accommodation, you can say, 'The accommodation is like this..?'You might think, but it's so good to go in. If you come to Taiwan with friends or family, I really recommend this place. I had a good rest for 4 nights and 5 days. Thanks to this, it was a comfortable trip to Taiwan.

Great place to stay in the Ximen or Taipei Main Station area. Great restaurants, MRT stations and convenient stores are within walking distance. Kai is a friendly and approachable host. I’ll definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Taipei.

Recommend stay who come with kids, the kids will very happy. There are claw machine, 7eleven, pet cafe nearby. And also very near to MRT/ bus station.

Stylish, peaceful apartment with lovely big living room with floor to ceiling windows. comfortable beds, perfect wifi, wonderful to have a bathtub as well as a shower in a nice modern bathroom. kitchen well equipped by Taipei standards - also so many great local take away and eat in options at good price you might not want to cook. but if you want to, you can! washing machine with dryer and great hanging space to finish the drying. plentiful supplies, very welcoming.

Responded very quickly and was happy to help us.The house is very clean and tidy, and the Ximending business district is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient.I'll choose this house next time I come to Taipei.

The place was near to the train station and ximending area. A lot of restaurant surrounding the place. Convenient store like 711 and family mart are also near. The hosts are very helpful, accommodating and responsive. Since we have an early flight they allowed us to check in early to rest. Thank you cindy and nana.
