loyise was easy to reach for anything and great at communicating. her home was beautifu and l spacious with so much available and has everything you could possibly need. made for an amazing and laid back weekend for our family without any stress

Very spacious house with large bedrooms and plenty of lounges to fit large families. Pool was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Italian restaurant walking distance from house has great food.

We booked for a group for my 50th birthday. The house and garden were perfect for us. So much space, different areas to gather and chill out and hang out together. Easy access to the lake for those who wanted to take a stroll. The house is well laid out with everything you need to cater to a larger group. We had a fantastic weekend. My only other feedback is the photos do not do the house justice!!! The living spaces are expansive!! We had the most fantastic time and highly recommend this house.

Abi’s place was fantastic for our girls weekend away. Abi was a responsive host who listened to any feedback or questions I had over our stay. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house is great and provided everything we were looking for - 2 mins close to the beach, a nice pool and great outdoor place. The hosts are responsive and provided clear instructions. We were particularly grateful for the late checkout.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The photos don't do it justice, the house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped for our multi-generational family holiday. We had some bad luck with the weather meaning didn't use the pool and the district had a prolonged power outage partway through our stay but Sydney and Chris were super proactive checking on us from overseas and helping us reach a resolution practically and financially. We look forward to rebooking and hopefully experiencing some sunny weather to make the most of this beautiful property.

with its multiple living areas, quality furniture and fittings, it's a very comfortable and stylish place to relax and enjoy the luxurious lifestyle created, the office desk had ample space and a spare monitor to connect you laptop, the pool tiling was safe for kids with a great non slip surface, bbq and kitchen cook top were great, TV's were big and quality, aircon was great, fridge with ice and water. Views of the beach with a great deck to enjoy a few drinks in the evening or your morning coffee. Plenty more... we will be back!! thank you Kim!!!

A beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. Vanessa is an amazing host, and her communication is thorough especially when it came to instructions for her home and general information about the area. Her home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen tools, utensils, cookware, and coffee. We really enjoyed the pool area and the sports games available for use. The pool was our favourite part because it was clean and the temperature was perfect everyday. We had plans to go out for dinner but the home was so comfortable we didn’t leave. It’s definitely a perfect home for large groups and we appreciate her generosity and meticulous care in ensuring our holiday was perfect.

From the moment of check-in to check-out, Daniel & Sasha exemplified exceptional hospitality. They ensured that our entire stay was seamless & without any complications. Their responsiveness to our requests and minor issues was commendable, as they addressed everything promptly. There is much to commend about this extraordinary property! Accommodating a large group of 15, the house was so spacious that it never felt crowded. All the beds were clean, while the living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms were immaculate. The expansive, tranquil backyard, complete with a crystal-clear pool, created an atmosphere reminiscent of a rainforest retreat. Our guests felt entirely at home. The additional retreat was also impeccably clean & served as a great enhancement to the main accommodation. The property boasts an ideal location, just a 5-min drive to Erina Fair and a 10-min drive to one of Terrigal's beautiful beaches. I wholeheartedly recommend this property & eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Sensational property, we wish we could have stayed longer. 8 of us visited over Xmas and we had everything we needed and more. Beautiful Xmas lunch on the back deck overlooking the water. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short at Rachel's due to unforseen circumstances, but Rachel was incredibly helpful and very accommodating to our needs – even taking the time to follow up a few days later. Her beach shack is beautifully decorated and comfortable – we were devastated to have to cut our stay short (especially our little one who was in LOVE with the sunroom and the big bath!) Thank you Rachel for understanding our circumstances – we appreciate your efforts.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! There was plenty of space for everyone, making it perfect for our group. The layout was spacious and comfortable, The pool was definitely a highlight of our stay! Highly recommend this home for a great getaway! Thank you for the memories created in your beautiful home!!

This house was gorgeous! Such a great location, 2 amazing dining areas both with fireplaces, was very easy to settle in but very hard to leave. The welcome note, gift voucher and bottle of wine was the perfect touch on a extremely memorable weekend, Very highly recommended, it is on a noisy road though so I recommend choosing a room at the back of the house if your not an early bird

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

Sharon's house was beautiful. Great for pets which was important for us as we are travelling with my son's assistance dog. There was cold water, milk and juice in the fridge. Even cheese, crackers and relish and a bottle of wine! We felt very welcome and very much at home for our short stay. I think we'll be back. My son who is very picky asked if we could stay longer. Maybe on our return leg back down the coast. Thanks Sharon.

We had an amazing stay at Lisa’s place. The photos don’t do it justice!! The pool was a beautiful temperature and the beach cabana was so relaxing. Lisa was a great host, provided flexible check in and was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to come back here again!

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. We didn’t need to contact our host once during our stay as everything was provided. The location was fabulous and the breeze from the elevation was superb. The beds were comfy and the central air conditioning was a plus. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Anna!

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Nics place was amazing!! The pool was such a hit with the kids and we didn’t have to entertain them. We also played soccer and badminton on their backyard. So much space! I would definitely return. Nic is communicative as well as giving us the details. Place is close to the shops, 1km walk to the cafe and groceries. Also sandy beach is nice with the kids and you can bbq and it’s only 5min walk. Thanks Nic for having us!!

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

Micah and Denny’s place is a great place to stay for large families or groups offering a lot of space and close to both Terrigal and Avoca beaches (a few minutes drive). Walking to both beaches is possible but it is on a steep hill so not for everybody. Kitchens were well equipped allowing us to eat at home most nights. Bathrooms were modern and clean and balconies offered great views of Terrigal. We enjoyed our time and it was perfect for our needs.

Yolo was absolute paradise. Home was as photos, extremely clean, all rooms were decorated beautifully and sheets were soft. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need including extra toiletries and plenty of towels. Blown away by kitchen, cupboards full of appliances, plenty of pans and pantry was full of oils, tea, coffee, sauces, cooking spices, water, didnt need to bring anything but food. Backyard was amazing, pool, pool table, mini golf, basketball, outdoor checkers and firepit, no need to leave. Host left plenty of pool toys already inflated and lots of games for kids. Our host was really quick to respond and had plenty of recommendations of things to do. Very close to great surf beach. I love air bnb homes for holidays and this one is the best i've stayed in, will definitely return.
