I hope I'm not to blunt when I say this, but I f**king love this place. My wife & kids had a wonderful time. I didn't think I would really enjoy myself here due the altitude which bothered me but overall that didn't stop me from enjoying myself. This place will definitely be my got to spot whenever I visit Colorado again.

This was the perfect getaway! The home is nestled at the base of Mt. Tyndall with breathtaking views of the Wet Mountains right from the spacious deck—grilling outside while soaking in the scenery was a highlight. The property is well-marked and easy to access, just a short 7-minute drive to town, yet it feels wonderfully secluded. Inside, the home is cozy and inviting, with large windows that showcase the stunning surroundings. The living area is comfortable, with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a cell phone booster that made staying connected a breeze. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfy queen bed, and the second bedroom with twin beds is great for extra guests. The 15-acre property offers plenty of hiking opportunities, and the access to BLM land is a huge bonus for outdoor enthusiasts. The hosts provided clear instructions, and everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with amazing views, this is it!

This was a perfect getaway from the city, and the Cowboy Cabin had everything you could think of for our own retreat. Amenities, location, vibes; all were exactly what we were looking for.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mosca! The view from the cabin of both the Great Sand Dunes National Park and the night sky is absolutely stunning! The location was perfect to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets at the Great Dunes National Park with the deer and then hike to the ethereal frozen waterfall at Zapata Falls! We went to both multiple times a day since we were right by the entrance to both!!! The cabin has lofty ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and a huge deck to enjoy the view! The beds were clean and comfortable, the living room has comfy couches with a fireplace to soak up the views in comfort, and the kitchen was well-appointed with even amazing coffee! Every last detail was perfect — from comfortable beds, to beautifully pruned trees for the perfect view, to guidebooks and tips, to fun paths throughout the property, to the utterly clear and peaceful night sky with more stars than we’d ever seen before! Great space and location for peaceful family time! The house is just as cozy as the pictures suggest, with comfortable and well taken care of furnishings. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Highlight for families is the upstairs loft with special sleeping and play space for little kids. Our daughter loved the new to her toys and books.

Cozy, and tidy home with beautiful surroundings. Aimee was so easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Amanda’s home was absolutely perfect and so dog friendly. The location is incredibly beautiful, private, and the pups loved the backyard. The Sand Dunes were an easy drive away and the mountains were serene. The house itself was spacious, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing and listening to the record player at night. Amanda was super responsive and helpful. Thanks for opening your home to us!
