The entire house was very clean, bedrooms lovingly presented and a well equipped kitchen Bathroom with plenty of fresh white towels, face washers etc A few games of 8 ball before heading out for dinner was a perfect way to start the night

A lovely home with everything that you need to make for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway. The property was easy to find, clean and tidy with lots of different amenities that you would need for a stay away from home. The outlook and view of the water with the many different species of birds including ducks, fairy wrens and pelicans from your back door made for some peaceful mornings and evenings. We are all feeling refreshed and renewed for the new year after our lovely time at Sandy and Vish's property.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Nat's place! It was quiet, relaxing, private and just what we needed while we had two full on days looking at properties in the area! We loved the birds, cows, the whole laid back vibe. The cabin had everything we needed, bbq'd one night, and a very comfy bed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again (though hopefully we will be living in the area soon!)

Out of the many AirBnB homes we have stayed in Colin’s house stands out as a haven of tranquility in a truly beautiful setting. The house is very spacious and has everything a family would need to stay occupied when hanging out for a day (pool table, board games, boule set and grounds to explore), and multiple stunning beaches, wineries and restaurants within 20-30 minutes drive. I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough.

Daniel’s place is spacious, sparkly clean and well equipped for our large family. It’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into the amenities provided, for example a kids play mat, sunscreen, plenty of kitchen appliances and dinnerware, and of course the kayak & stand up paddle boards! Our kids particularly loved kayaking in the private marina all day. We were super impressed with everything. Thank you for hosting us.

I recently stayed at Flaxman Valley Homestead, and it was an incredibly memorable and relaxing experience. The homestead itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed, with thoughtful personal touches like fresh bread, robes, and a well-stocked kitchen. Pat & Kate were wonderful hosts, offering helpful local tips and making us feel right at home. One of the highlights for our family was spending time with the friendly animals on the property—there’s a llama, sheep, chickens, and even a cow! My daughter absolutely loved interacting with them. The setting is also incredibly peaceful, making it perfect for stargazing. We spent our evenings around the campfire, gazing at the clear night sky—it was truly magical. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape in the Barossa Valley with plenty of charm (and adorable animals), I highly recommend Flaxman Valley Homestead.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Clare’s place. Communication with Clare beforehand was excellent, and the checkin process was very easy. It was a lovely surprise when we arrived to see a fruit bowl, chocolate, fresh milk and a bottle of wine. Thanks so much Clare - it was very thoughtful. The house has a beautiful and large garden. The trees surrounding the house are so beautiful and provide lots of shade. The kitchen has everything needed, including basic pantry supplies, as well as pods for the Nespresso machine. Our favourite room was the lounge room. Although there was some road noise at the front of the house, it was wasn’t disturbing. The loungeroom had a wonderful feel, was beautifully furnished, and the large windows provided great garden views and let in lots of natural light. Clare offered a later checkout, which provided us with a relaxing morning prior to leaving. Thanks Clare for a wonderful stay in Stirling.
