We really enjoyed the time we spent. Having the kitchen (especially the refrigerator) was a great perk. We plan to come back the same weekend next year and definitely want to stay here again! The response rate was almost instant, so the few questions we had were answered within 2 minutes. PS- looking down at and walking by the dogs in the dog park next door were a fun thing to see from the hallway and outside 😊

The community is great. Location is great just over the river from downtown Chatt. 10 minutes to all amenities of North shore and downtown. Perfect place to stay to explore Chattanooga and super pet friendly community.

Lovely large apartment with two separate bedrooms. Nice quiet location but close to downtown. There was also a Tesla Supercharger about 3 miles away, next to Whole Foods, which means one can get supplies while feeding your EV.

Great place and easy access to restaurants and Chattanooga downtown area. I wished the security scanners worked better at the building door. Always relied on entering a long string of numbers to enter.

Ming was very nice and attentive to our needs. Everything was very clean and, if you respect the rules, you will find your experience here quite well.

Sarah & Brandon's place was perfect for our family getaway! My husband, almost 1 year old, and I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It was so clean and quiet and the toy/book area for the kids was perfect! Having access to a pack and play and high chair also saved us so much extra space when packing. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chattanooga!

The apartment was very conveniently located for everything I wanted to do, very easy to access by car and close to the river walk for walks or jogging. I used the gym a couple of times too. The apartment was mostly well equipped and it was easy to feel at home. The only downside is that the laundry is right in the middle of the apartment with no sound barrier, so finding time to do any laundry is not easy. Also someone might have left some wet laundry in the washer for far too long at some point. Otherwise, the hosts were friendly and responsive and the location was just what I was looking for.

This condo was perfect! The location was within walking distance of Soldiers and Sailors Auditorium, where our event was, and several fun restaurants and pubs for before and after the show. Everything was pristine. The decor was super sleek. The entire condo was so clean. The building itself was even more than we expected - historical downtown, but still modern. It’s so wonderful, I’m booking it again for another show in April.

The house was absolutely beautiful, a piece of history frozen in time. I recommended this place to a friend already.

This was the perfect location for my family and my best friend’s family to meet between Atlanta and Nashville! We have kids ages 13 and below, and the video games, pool table and layout of the house were perfect for them. The adults loved cooking in the spacious kitchen and hanging out in the family room together while some kids watched movies upstairs and other kids played in the basement and the garage. The weather was cold all weekend but the kids didn’t even care because they were so entertained! The train passes by the house often and you can see it from the kitchen/deck; it’s not loud at all, and it is fun to watch! Beds were super comfy, all rooms had fans and white noise machines, the shampoo/conditioner/soaps/lotions were nice brands, and there were plenty of supplies and tools in the kitchen to cook all of the food we brought. The waffle bar and coffee bar were also a huge hit! Would definitely rent again!

Kathy and David have created a comfortable and tidy getaway in picturesque surroundings, way off the beaten path. The townhouse features upscale decor and bedding. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, providing plenty of support for our special request.

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Convenient to everything. The large kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for up to eight people and enough dishes and silverware for everyone. We had no problem parking five vehicles in the long driveway. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We’ve already booked it for next year. Althea communicated very well. Check in was easy with the passcode. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! Convenient to all the attractions we wanted to do! Very pleasant to work with. Very clean home! Appears someone currently lives here, so a bit of a challenge maneuvering around personal items. But overall a beautiful place!

we absolutely loved this getaway house! the inside was so spacious, comfy, and clean! the king bed in the huge master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. the living room and dining room were so cozy and welcoming as well. the house was just up the street from a publix and lots of restaurants which was very convenient. the only thing I wanted to mention as a caution, and it’s at no fault to the owner, but the house is very close to the freeway and train tracks and you could here the train multiple times an hour around the clock. my husband and I are use to the sounds of trains because we live by a station, but if you’re not use to it, it could be bothersome. HOWEVER, the owner did provide a sound machine in the master bedroom which was very kind! overall this house was amazing for our quick getaway!!

My stay at this lovely Victorian home was just delightful. Was only there for two days, but Sandra, despite being ill at the time was extremely responsive and kind. She allowed me to use her kitchen which was wonderful and very well equipped Thank you Sandra! The bed and pillows in this room were so comfortable. I could barely get up. It was so cool to be in such a historic building and I could tell they really really love their home. Thank you, Sandra! Book it it’s great.
