Our stay at Marvin’s was perfect for what we needed it for! I will say the building is a little confusing as it shares a parking lot with other apartments, but once we figured it out, it was a breeze. The unit is located in a lively part of town with lots of walkable restaurants and bars. It seemed like a younger area of town! Many people living in the apartments have dogs and are very active. We felt that most people were respectful and cleaned up after them, but did have an incident where we stepped on some stinky land mines that a dog owner failed to clean up. Overall, the unit was very clean and cozy! Marvin and Arial are great hosts!

The community is great. Location is great just over the river from downtown Chatt. 10 minutes to all amenities of North shore and downtown. Perfect place to stay to explore Chattanooga and super pet friendly community.

Place was as described and lovely. This was my first Air BNB stay and I will definitely do it again. Mostly communicated with Justin and he was fantastic. He was patient, answered my questions and friendly. WIll stay here again.

Ashley's place was a perfect little place for us to use. The apartment has a nice, well equipped kitchen, large washer and dryer, and comfy furniture and bed. The check-in instructions were clear and accurate and the communication was fast and polite. We really loved staying there and will stay again next time we come to Chattanooga.

My wife and I came in for a last minute visit because I needed to come to town for work. We've stayed here before, and we were just as pleased as our last visit. Clean place, quiet building, easy parking, and a reasonable walk to downtown attractions. It's our go to place to stay in Chattanooga.

Lovely large apartment with two separate bedrooms. Nice quiet location but close to downtown. There was also a Tesla Supercharger about 3 miles away, next to Whole Foods, which means one can get supplies while feeding your EV.

Great experience overall. This place was fantastic! I celebrated my bday here. Our group was well accommodated, which consisted of children and adults. Plenty of seating. The big couch was so comfy! The kitchen has all basic cooking needs and extra spices, oil, etc. The red light sauna was such a treat. I actually considered renting this place again for the sauna alone! I’d def rent again and recommend to all my friends!

Kathy and David have created a comfortable and tidy getaway in picturesque surroundings, way off the beaten path. The townhouse features upscale decor and bedding. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, providing plenty of support for our special request.

Kathi was an amazing host! Upon arriving and checking in she gave us fresh eggs! The place was very comfortable and had everything you could need for your trip. The perfect home away from home. The amenities were amazing we used the kayaks and pickleball and the hot tub. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay! Convenient to all the attractions we wanted to do! Very pleasant to work with. Very clean home! Appears someone currently lives here, so a bit of a challenge maneuvering around personal items. But overall a beautiful place!

we absolutely loved this getaway house! the inside was so spacious, comfy, and clean! the king bed in the huge master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. the living room and dining room were so cozy and welcoming as well. the house was just up the street from a publix and lots of restaurants which was very convenient. the only thing I wanted to mention as a caution, and it’s at no fault to the owner, but the house is very close to the freeway and train tracks and you could here the train multiple times an hour around the clock. my husband and I are use to the sounds of trains because we live by a station, but if you’re not use to it, it could be bothersome. HOWEVER, the owner did provide a sound machine in the master bedroom which was very kind! overall this house was amazing for our quick getaway!!

I was very comfortable spending 2 nights in the front room with 2 beds - the second which was a swing. I had a lot of work to get done and really enjoyed using the swing as a couch. The home is well maintained and the shared bathroom is up to date and nice. I appreciated the coffee maker. Downtown was a nice distance for my daily walk. I walked to the Pickle Barrel for dinner one night and Champy's another night Drawbacks: this is definitely the nicest house in the blocks right around it. I had assumed that the whole neighborhood would be nice. Also, the "lock" on the door seemed useless (a removable lock that goes onto the doorknob...but I could easily get around it to open the door even when it was on), so I took my valuables with me when i left the room and stored them in my locked car. I left the lock off of my bedroom door so it looked like I was there.
