Vacation rentals in Walhalla

Thank you for letting us stay at your home. It was a great getaway for us and well worth the drive from Ohio! The location was perfect as it was close to hiking locations, great restaurants and fun activities. The game room was a big hit and my kids want to come back again soon! The Bobber Bungalow is such a cute stay with beautiful views. Loved the back sunroom and the access to the cove. Neighbors were all very quiet. Lindsay communicated well with us before and during our stay and house was very clean when we arrived. Only wish was that there was a door or curtain between master bedroom and master bath. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Thank you!

This home is gorgeous! So spacious and the mountain views are absolutely incredible. Location is so convenient to Highlands and Cashiers. Hosts were lovely!

This was my second stay at this lovely home because I liked it so much the first time. As long as my family is in the area and I haven’t moved to the area, I’ll stay again if it’s available!

My family and I enjoyed our Christmas stay at Encanto. From the time that we booked Diana’s place to the time of check in Diana was very friendly, knowledgeable of activities surrounding Encanto, and very accommodating to allow us to check in at an earlier time. Encanto was everything my family needed to feel at home- relax, unwind, and go off grid for a few days. We will definitely have to plan a trip to visit “the home in the mountains” again.

We needed a place for our blended family to finally meet and have time together. One of the bedrooms had bunks which became the kids room. They loved it. They also loved the game room, playground and bathing in the heart shaped jacuzzi. The view is amazing, overlooking a pond with the mountains in the background. We had groups playing golf and tennis. It was too cold for the pool but I’m sure the kids would have been there if it was warm. There is a beautiful waterfall closer than I thought. There was plenty of room for everyone to dine and just be together. It is definitely a place we will keep in mind for future gatherings.

Our family loved Pippas place! We spent the time in the more than expansive home celebrating a birthday, using the grill, sitting at the fire pit each night, having evening visits with the sweet donkey we got to feed some carrots, and endless fishing on the property for our son. Very safe for kids.

Fantastic stay for our annual girls getaway. House was cozy and stocked and clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. 10-15 mins from downtown highlands. Close to hikes and high holly winery. Also julep farms is super close and well worth eating a meal or two there!. Communication was great. We had a small hiccup with the heat when we arrived and it easily and promptly taken care of. Def recommend!
