Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Walcourt

We felt right at home in this house. Ideal for being around the large table, playing a game, flat in the oven.

We were present with two families of which 4 children, 4 adults and a grandmother 😉 and were not lacking. Everything was tip top in order, very clean, super cozy, quiet and completely as described. One downside: the photos do the house much less justice than it deserves. Much nicer and bigger than the pictures make it look 👌

We stayed with 4 adults, 4 kids and a dog, everything was present, beautiful rooms with authentic elements, wonderful shower, kitchen equipped with all comforts! Wood in front of the fireplace was easy to obtain via Loïc, very friendly and helpful "concierge" who lives a stone's throw from the cottage. The kids had a great time with all the board games that were present! Beautiful walks to take nearby, more than the effort, barely encountered someone, you really feel away from it all :) . I highly recommend the cottage and its surroundings!

Benoit's place is great! Super location, roomy house, and the pool table is perfect. Benoit is a great host and makes sure that you have everything you need for your stay. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Dorothée's place. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and she welcomed us warmly and with local treats for St. Nicolas. There were many games and toys for our young children, and we enjoyed the area brasseries. We would highly recommend staying here!

The stay at Irene's Airbnb was very nice. A very quiet cottage - it really seemed even bigger than on the pictures. The fireplace makes a special atmosphere and heats well. Irene was quick to respond to questions. Unfortunately, bed linen/towels are not included in the price. Overall very good, for a break!

Wonderful stay, we had rented both holiday houses together, so we had a lot of space for both loud drinks, swimming and still sleeping quietly.

The space was fine, we were 4p. No location for 8 people. Close to a department store, you don't have to use the car. Hiking opportunities nearby. Wood fire in the property Nice view and quiet location.

François-Xavier's apartment is impeccably clean, close to the Charleroi Sunday market. It's exactly what we were looking for. Immediate response to each of our questions.

The apartment is spacious, super nice and well-equipped on all levels. The place is quiet at night despite the immediate proximity to downtown. Celine is very responsive to any questions during the stay. One tip, park your car and take the opportunity to do everything on foot, it's really super easy and very nice!

Hello, everything was perfect. The only small downside, you just have to be very careful to climb the stairs but it is clearly stated in the listing of the accommodation. The place was super clean. Thank you so much.

We stayed at the place as an easy to access place for Pairi Daiza Zoo. It was really close and in a lovely village area. When we arrived Ariane had started a beautiful wood fire for us with twinkling Christmas lights, we felt very comfortable. My daughter who is 10 couldn’t wait to get in her pyjamas and in the bunk beds. I would stay there again.

We were hosted very well by Niels' dad and the house met our expectations perfectly. The house has charm and is well laid out, everything is planned. We were there in December so didn't enjoy the garden but it's extraordinary! And the location in Houyet is ideal for discovering the Lesse Valley. I highly recommend the Mosan cottage, we will go back!

It was a chilly fall night, but we were so cozy at Patrick's place! We were able to sleep 3 generations comfortably. I would like to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the back yard!

A beautiful location with incredible views from the hot tub. The pool at the front of the house is also amazing, as is the electronic pergola for dining outside. A really special and unique place in an amazing part of Belgium.

Anne-Catherine is a lovely host that provided us with an amazing experience. Our requests were all met! The house is amazing for larger groups and families! Next to the lovely Ardennes, the house itself provides a lot of entertainment and 'stay-cation' value! All around 10/10!

Even the contact in advance was very nice. The house exactly matches the description, the check-in was absolutely straightforward. Géraldine was easy to reach and responded quickly. The house was very clean and everything nicely decorated (a towel shelf in the bathroom was loose, but that's not a bad thing). Particularly noteworthy is the well-equipped kitchen, there was really everything you need. I highly recommend this place if you want to get to know the area! The house is nice, clean and very comfortable. If I go to the area again I will book the house again.
