Waterfront vacation rentals in Wake County

I give it 5 star, it not mean it’s good. there’s no hot water for the shower. I tried many times, but it just wouldn’t get hot. The other faucets have hot water, but not the shower, which is really strange. So, I haven’t showered for five days—it’s miserable. There are two rooms. The one near the door is nice and quiet. The inner room, however, is very noisy—every time the air conditioning turns on, it makes a loud noise. Plus, there’s no blanket in this room. I eventually found one in the cabinet, but it’s thin—not really a proper comforter. Pretty rough experience.

Such a gorgeous home surrounded by beauty! Cheryl and family were so accommodating and kind to us during our stay - did not want to leave! Beautiful outdoor patio and waterfront views, such a gorgeous, peaceful stay. We will be sure to return. Great communication, great family. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space. Highly, highly recommend when in Raleigh.

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The home was spacious, modern, and fully equipped—perfect for our group. The lake views were incredible, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit and in the hot tub with the outdoor TV. Antoinette and Andre were responsive and helpful throughout. It was more than a stay—it was an experience. We’re already planning to come back!

Great host and beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay! Tom and Dil were very responsive and friendly. The home is spacious and clean. The guests who visited also loved the place. They were very welcoming and I appreciate the whole experience. I highly recommend and would love to rent their home again in the future

Youssef's place was one of the nicest Airbnb's I've stayed at. There was nothing missing that we could have wanted - hair dryer, extra linens, extra towels, even those little individual flossers! The building had a lot of character. There were balconies on multiple floors overlooking a little body of water and the neighborhood was cute and seemed very safe. Very little traffic or noise in the neighborhood. Parking is limited to a small driveway, but there was some room on the street to park an additional car - but if you had many vehicles, that might be problematic. High quality property with a lot of care put into it.

Hands down My best bnb stay yet! I had no complaints on my stay only praise! The view was so peaceful and relaxing. The communication was great and always friendly each convo. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone visiting the area. A great find!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our stay. The fire pit and lights outside were a dream. The game room is fun. Even down to the shower and bed. Overall, great experience!

This is an amazing home. My son kept saying that it was bigger than it looked in the photos!! That usually doesn't happen with Airbnbs. Peaceful and beautiful setting. We loved hanging out, playing pool and fishing!! My favorite feature was the fence lighting!! It was absolutely incredibly beautiful. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great vacation at Paul & Melissa's. The communication from them was outstanding. The home was so comfy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful lake setting & the close proximity to everything. We will definitely make more memories in the future with our grandkids at this wonderful home!

Vivian was amazing! We loved everything about her place and she was so quick with her response. Even allowed us to book an extra day. We’re actually considering bringing our family back for Christmas
