This is a fantastic place to stay with all you need. Great indoor, outdoor living. Beautiful lake and easy home for all to enjoy. Lynley was very responsive and accommodating and we’d happily recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place is located on a elevated spot above Whakatane with breathtaking views! Lorraine was extremely accommodating and making us feel like home! The place is very spacious with more than enough space for our group of six adults and two kids - they even had a kids toy box! Thank you!

Sarah’s cabin was fantastic. Lovely spot with a lovely view. The outdoor bath was a highlight and eating dinner looking over the sea. Highly recommend

Perfection…in every way. Great communication and Paul was very responsive and accommodating. The place was a slice of heaven and we will definitely be using it every time we travel to Whakatane. Super close to town, with 180 degree ocean views and very respectful quiet neighbours. 10/10 for anyone looking for an amazing place to relax and unwind. More than what I expected. Home very very spacious to accommodate 5 adults. Shower pressure could be better but it's ok. Outdoor shower a plus. Comfortable furniture for tall big people. Access to bikes, kayak, body/boogie boards. This was our 1st family trip away with our 10 month old German Shepherd, hence trip was planned around accommodating our GS. Neighbours friendly. Thankyou, very fortunate, this home was available. No need to take games with you, as we did, as there were sufficient games there. We had fun playing scattergories. Use of a washing machine and a decent washing line always a plus to all holidays. Beds were comfortable. Beds made up were an extra cost (a 1st time via airbnb) You do have the option to supply your own linen. Extra cost was not an issue as we were content that Jaeger was welcomed to stay. Very close to golf course (4min drive). Beach 5 min walk right in front of house, over the grass growth then sink into the sand down to the beach

We had a lovely long weekend at this classic kiwi Bach. The views are just stunning and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Sue was a pleasure to deal with. She was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us 🩷

Our stay was lovely. Handy location close to town and across from beach, clean and comfortable, and Robin was super helpful and accomodating. Would definitely stay again.

Utes place was a little oasis! Ute was great to chat with and shared good information about the area. Her dog chai was very cute! The place had everything you needed and was very cozy.

We had a great time at Korimako. The bach is very comfortable with high quality linen and all needed amenities in the house. We could check the surf conditions from home, and chill in the garden for some shade. Julia has herbs and veggies in the garden, it was fun for our toddler to collect sage and basil for dinner, a tomato and some grapes straight from the plant!

We had a fantastic stay at Kohi Point! It’s a beautiful spot and was one of the best set up air bnb’s we’ve stayed at, having everything we could need for our stay. Looking forward o staying again one day!

What a gem! From the moment we walked in and smelt the timber of the chalet, we felt ourselves drop into relaxation mode. A lovely clean home with all you need. We loved the eco products and care for recycling and compost. A nice quiet spot. And an easy 2 min walk to the beach. Or quick drive to the many things Ohope has to offer. Ian and Deborah were wonderful, kind & responsive hosts :)
