Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Waimārama

Our group had a fantastic weekend at Evenden. The house had everything we needed and the grounds, pool and spa were amazing! A great location and perfect home for large groups and families. Highly recommend staying at Ilse’s place, we will be back!

Beautiful location with a fabulous view. There has obviously been a lot of recent work done to the interior of the property which made it a lovely, modern space to stay. It was great to have a nice large fridge/ freezer and the coffee machine was much appreciated. Also nice to have a great laundry! Thanks for the stay, we had a great time

We loved everything about this place, it was the perfect place with the pool for the grandkids and the outdoor area with its amazing fireplace. The house was well equipped and the coffee machine delivered the best coffees. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house is set on lovely grounds with ample activities for the children: tennis court, swimming pool and a table tennis table in the garage. The inside of the house is spotlessly clean and beautiful. Although a teeny tiny imperfection is the absence of a microwave oven, this does not detract from the overall charm and functionality of the house. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Fleur’s home is exactly how Airbnb started many years ago. You go straight into and lived in somebody’s home when the owner is away. You can see how the owner would have lived in their living, noticed their clothes, fridges with their favorite foods, and their belongings everywhere. On top of that, you will mingle with their lovely cat - Kitty, feed her food, and clean her food bowel. She even meditated together with us in the morning when she saw us. She is definitely the star of this Airbnb home, especially for the cat lover. The home is exactly like your home, requiring fixing up and improvement every now and then. During our stay, the shower water pressure is a bit low and the shower screen at the main bathroom is a bit short so water splashing onto the floor. This is definitely the one if you want a homely experience and a cat lover!

Enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful place and fully fenced so private. We travelled with our fur baby it was great for her. She enjoyed sniffing around the garden. There is a cat who is the caretaker there which is so cute. She has her own area with her bowl of food and water which we gladly topped up durinf our stay. Host was quick to respond to our messages which was fabulous. Beach is not far and Four Square and coffee cart is not far as well. Our godson loved the swing and trampoline. Perfect place for a family with or without a pet.

Perfect location right in the centre of everything Napier CBD has to offer, with the beach just a two-minute walk away. Beautifully designed interior befitting the Art Deco capital of the world.

Di’s place in Napier was amazing! We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this goes down as one of the best of all time. A modernized art deco apartment in the heart of the shopping district. Everything was near by and in an easy walking distance. The unit itself, was so beautiful and full of interest. You could tell that it had been lovingly curated. My son said it was “sick” and we all agreed. It’s rare to find a place that felt like a home and this one certainly did. I just wish we’d had more time there.

We had some last minute changes to plans and Aaron's place popped up on AirBnB. Such a perfect spot for what we wanted! A place to chill and look out into the ocean. It was great to see the boats and walk around the waterfront. The pool was also a nice touch. Aaron was so responsive and lovely to speak to. It was great to call this place home for a couple of days. Thanks so much!

Easy access and instructions code to enter simple and straightforward. Utilities (washing machine dryer dish washer vacuum iron and ironing board prestige and the extras provided from hats and shopping bag in the foyer to the welcomed surprise like Vogel bread not just plain bread jam vegemite real butter chocolate and tomato sauce tinned fruit and more… Shampoo’s etc top brands extras in the bathroom laundry liquid and more little gems - the rubbish bin so unique my favourite… providing 2 towels per person topped it off for me… wait a minute the view and breakfast nook topped it off…no sitting on the balcony gazing into the sea feeling the warmth and heat of the sun then the shade and breeze in the afternoon - no it was the luxurious comfortable beds… communications and changes we asked for - fast replies and accommodating. A restful and very happy stay…we didn’t want to leave! Lynne and Steve your home is a hidden haven. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

Pam is a friendly kind host. She supplies a fabulous breakfast with fruit, freshly squeezed juice, choice of cereals, yoghurt and toast and spreads. The garden is pretty and there are two lovely cats. It is a quiet peaceful place to stay and the spa just makes it wonderful.

Truly enjoyable stay. everything was catered for. The beach towels were an amazing added bonus. Great seafront views and close to shops and attractions. Welcome goodies in the fridge was a very thoughtful gesture. really appreciate it. Would recommend this lovely seafront spot.
