Really beautiful place, amazing views, perfect for entertaining a big family and great space and private had everything you could think of they weren’t mucking round when they made this place that’s for sure. Everything needed was handy and instructions too. The stay on its own is an experience itself !

Greg and Lynda are very friendly and communicative. A small problem with internal steps in the bathroom kitchen are were communicated and they resolved to fix it immediately. No kitchen sink and had to wash dishes in bathroom sink. While place was beautifully clean, tasteful, lovely linen and decor plus comfortable sofa and bed. Parking access brilliant.

We spent a long weekend at Eisa's place and we loved every minute of it. The house is very clean, functional, tastefully furnished and has a lovely deck/patio right above the beach. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and inviting. Beautiful views to admire all day long. Although there are neighbours at close proximity it still feels private and peaceful. The complex of houses is cleverly designed, modern and very well maintained. Snells beach itself was a very nice surprise to us - such a beautiful place, wonderful long pedestrian path along the entire beach, with places to sit and soak the views, kick a ball, run, or have a leisurely stroll. And all of that only an hour drive from Auckland. Eisa was the most kind, warm and welcoming host, she responded to all our little enquiries promptly and offered us very generous late check out, so that we could enjoy most of our last day. Thank you so much! We'd love to come back again some other time.

amazing house, stunning views. Spa pool was fantastic and used every night. tons of space. kids had a fantastic time in the cinema. the pool is gorgeous but it was very cold water even in early January and was super windy so we couldn't fully enjoy the pool area. it was still a wonderful stay in a gorgeous place. would definitely stay again

Fantastic location, even closer than I thought! Easy access to beach, playground and restaurants. Parking was good. Comfy beds. Really nice place to stay a few nights.

We had a lovely time. A very spacious house and we were six adults! Very good outside area for cocktails and the beach a pleasant short walk. Lovely inside/outside bar at Tay Street which also serves as a restaurant. Couldn’t really ask for much better.
