Vacation rentals with a home theater in Waikato

An amazing apartment for a girls weekend. 2mins Walking distance to the best end of ponsonby road which made the weekend so easy! Craig was also super helpful and friendly and helped us with parking. Will definitely use again!

Very welcoming host, highly recommend

Suzet and her husband welcomed us personally upon arrival. We felt welcome right from the start of our stay. It was one of those travels that really make the Airbnb experience unique and much more personal than a stay in a hotel. We would have loved to stay longer but needed to move on due to our limited travel time in New Zealand. If we ever get back in the same region, we would love to stay with Suzet again!! Thanks again for this great stay Suzet!!

Just as described. Perfect location for checking in my daughter to Waiparuru Hall this weekend. There are two garages - it’s the one just before the building entrance on the right as you come down the hill.

Excellent spot right on the water. Good size home which was well presented and very clean. Really quiet and peaceful. Hosts were lovely and let us check in early. Great communication. Recommend bringing an eye mask as the master bedroom is very bright in the mornings.

amazing house, stunning views. Spa pool was fantastic and used every night. tons of space. kids had a fantastic time in the cinema. the pool is gorgeous but it was very cold water even in early January and was super windy so we couldn't fully enjoy the pool area. it was still a wonderful stay in a gorgeous place. would definitely stay again

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. Tge house is exactly as the hosts describe and show in photos. It was very generous in space and immaculate. Couldn’t fault and we were met with a lovely card and bottle of wine. Fabulous and much appreciated gesture We did drink a couple of beers from their fridge but replaced before we left. Amenities were outstanding very highly recommended- you won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful little guest house in a quiet location yet very close to cbd, cafes and Grey Lynn park with splash pool and playground. In the house the play/media room downstairs was awesome, kitchen was useful and beds so comfy. It’s technically connected to Elsie’s house but doesn’t feel like it at all. Stayed here for 5 nights with an almost 3 year old and 3 month old and it was very comfortable. Elsie was happy for a quick chat and helpful with any requests. The wooden floorboards were a bit creaky so keep in mind if you book with kids that are prone to noise - mine aren’t so it was no biggie. Would definitely recommend you anyone staying in the area!

Fantastic location, even closer than I thought! Easy access to beach, playground and restaurants. Parking was good. Comfy beds. Really nice place to stay a few nights.

Wonderful home with everything we needed. While as a 1970/80s there was some to be expected minor cosmetic blemishes, it has no impact on stay and overall the house was spotless. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful both prior to check in and after check out. As mentioned in the description the projector isn’t viewable in the daylight and is the only tv system - no issues for us , but if you have kids you may want to pack a tablet for them to watch :)
