Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Waikanae Beach

The place was fantastic for our group, large and open downstairs area made it easily accomodate us with additional covered outside space. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great sizes.

Claire & Ricky were awesome to deal. Beautiful accommodation with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation in picturesque location. We enjoyed a home from home experience. The Smart TV was a benefit with a wide range of viewing options after a long days sightseeing. We highly recommend to anyone considering a visit to the area. It's an easy run into Wellington so avoids staying in a built up area.

Beccy & Grant’s place was fantastic! A great location to stay near beach and the house was super comfortable and had all we needed to feel right at home, full kitchen was a plus with sufficient pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware. They are amazing hosts, the washer was not working when we arrived and they took care of our laundry! They also gave us great local recommendations and communication was always prompt. I will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Loved! Loved! Loved! Nicola’s place was home away from home! As soon as I opened the door, I felt totally at peace ! My mum who had a recent knee surgery also felt the same ! Skye my Schnoodle was in heaven ! Nicola has an eye for detail and looked after the smallest of things , there are even dog toys ! Lots of cooking items for those who wish to cook - we did ! Coffee machine was a bonus ! Loved the different areas you could sit and relax .. also loved the beach decor - beautiful and calming and 5 minutes from the beach ! ❤️💕

Huge house in a great location! Easy walk across the street and over the dunes to a massive beach. Small market and coffee stand within easy walking distance. This place has so much room to spread out! Two separate living spaces and outside decks in the front and back, also a really nice sun room in the front with tri-fold doors that open up on the beach side. The house is well equipped for many people; lots of dishes, glasses, silverware, as well as towels and linens. Heated floors in the bathrooms and garage access are nice perks. The hosts are local and responsive, I would highly recommend this location!

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but convenient to everything including shops, places to see and events centre. Couldn't be more helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean and welcoming plus everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommended and I hope to stay again.

Fiona was a great host - friendly and responsive to messages. Lovely location near the beach, and great to be dog friendly! Te Horo beach is peaceful and has great kiwi summer vibes.

Great apartment very close to the beach. Spacious and very clean, and the added extras (eggs, bread, milk, butter and chocolate) were much appreciated. We'd stay again!

Amazing place! It’s a little peace of heaven. The entrance, where you park, absolutely does not match the inside or even better the back. Once you enter, you are taken to the most amazing place. The apartment is precisely the right size, two absolutely cute bedrooms with comfy clean beds & 1 bath. No clutter, very very clean with everything you need. Coffee and tea provided. Clean linens and towels. BUT the best part are the views! Amazing views of Kapiti Island and the ocean. From the bedroom you can wake up to views of the water and island. A short walk to the beach. We enjoyed having dinner on the back patio and walking to the beach every day during our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

the place is modern clean and well appointed with everything you would want for a long or short stay.. me and my wife will make this our No.1 go to stay when back.. as it was perfect for us.. very quite great neighbours and very close to shops restaurants etc.. and a great place to come back from a busy day to relax.. thankyou for hosting us Phil👍
